It was really nice with you and the children really enjoyed it. The apartment was spacious (in bad weather), the trampoline was great and the great fleet of vehicles. It's a shame that the alpacas were no longer there, even though they are still on the website, otherwise everything was great, especially the Demeter farm shop and Katharina was immediately taken to the heart of the oldest one :)

We had a fantastic week on the farm during our summer holiday.Our son loved being there. The atmosphere is relaxed, there is plenty of space for both playing and spending time with animals.The family on the farm is incredibly hospitable and you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive.The farm shop is a huge plus, here you can pick up pretty much everything you need in terms of food and more during the week.And in the morning you can pick up delicious freshly baked buns.Thanks for now.

Beautiful Demeter farm where animal welfare is very important. You feel comfortable, you can work together - but you don't have to.Sending cows to be milked, helping with milking, distributing feed, collecting eggs or even pony riding: it's all there, you just have to ask.There is a barbecue area/fire pit, farmer Max also takes his time and explains what Demeter stands for and how he feels about it or what motivates him or the whole family to do it: very interesting.There is a farm shop which is open 24 hours a day. is open for holiday guests: great service and there is really everything you need.A great family business and a lovely family holiday.

My two children and I spent a great holiday week at the Bogenschütz farm. Farmer Max welcomed us warmly when we arrived and invited us to have a nice chat, look around and help out on the farm. We were allowed to move freely around the grounds, help with milking, accompany a newly born calf in its first days of life, visit the horses, rabbits and chickens and anyone who asked always received a friendly answer. The apartment was very comfortable, we felt comfortable. The freshly baked rolls from Mrs. Bogenschütz are highly recommended and it was also great that the farm shop is open around the clock for holiday guests.

This was our second time at Hof Bogenschütz and we had a great time again! The holiday apartments are super well equipped and the farm shop is also great and super practical. There is a soccer field and a playground in the yard. We always felt very welcomed by the Bogenschütz family and their employees.

The 4 of us spent a wonderful week on this farm. Lovingly furnished apartments and the outdoor area. A no-brainer for the kids after they quickly get used to it. A well-equipped farm shop, accessible to house guests at any time. Lots of animals and a natural involvement of young and old in the activities. Fantastic home-baked rolls and bread..... In short, a highly recommended farm.

We've been to the farm 4 times now and the 5th booking is already through - I think that speaks for itself;)Super nice family, great atmosphere, a lightness of which one would wish for more in one's everyday life. Anyone who wants to can work, anyone who “just” wants to relax or watch can do that too - a great mix. The attitude and the entire concept is sensible, coherent and can be found everywhere in the farm.We are happy to have found this Demeter farm. The landscape is also worth seeing for excursions!

We spent an eventful week at Hof Bogenschütz. We were warmly welcomed. Our children immediately made friends with other guest children and especially made friends with the children of the Bogenschütz family. On the one hand, the farm is a large adventure playground. On the other hand, we learned a lot about respectful treatment of animals and sustainable agriculture in accordance with the Demeter guidelines. These are lived on the farm and implemented consistently and with full conviction! That is very impressive. We have been to many farms and can compare well. We have never met such relaxed cows on any other farm. Anyone who wants to get involved on the farm can get involved and get involved in the processes: fetching cows from the pasture, helping with milking, feeding the pigs, collecting eggs and riding on the combine harvester. Everyone on the farm always had time for a short, nice chat. But it couldn't be overlooked that there is a lot of work on the farm and everyone has their own tasks. It's not just a holiday farm. Our holiday apartment was quite spartan. The most necessary things were there. However, it protects the environment if there are enough dishes and cutlery to fill the dishwasher to some extent 😉. The decor of the children's room could be a little friendlier and more comfortable. The children preferred to move into our parents' bedroom. The holiday guests live in the old farmhouse together with the Bogenschütz family. This is a special atmosphere and closeness that may not appeal to every guest. We were able to adapt well to it. A lot has already been said about the great farm shop with many of the farm's own products and the unbeatable homemade rolls (we would be happy to hear the recipe!). There are also great excursion options nearby. For example, we walked directly from the farm to the Fürstenberg and to the Danube. The children particularly enjoyed the trips to Schaffhausen and the Gauchach Gorge.

Half of the animals advertised online were there. The farm employees were hardly available, there were no regulated processes in which one could participate, for example, for feeding.The only bright spot were the home-baked rolls.No recommendation from us!

We were there with two small children. The apartment was clean and offers everything you need. However, the mattresses are a bit old and not really comfortable.Everything outside is very neglected. There is a large trampoline but the protection on the edge is broken. There are many vehicles available for children but none of them are perfect. There is a large climbing tower, but there are a few screws missing that would make climbing safer.We had imagined that we would be able to collect the eggs in the morning and maybe clean the horses afterwards, but none of that was the case. Nobody invites you to it. The only thing we could watch was, like the cows, not being milked by hand. All in all, you can say that the farm and the furnishings are getting old.The farm shop was really great. This is open to guests at any time.
