Very nice chalet in a quiet location and highly recommended for hiking. Neuschönau (Katzberg) has a beautiful old custom called Whitsun bird singing, water bird singing. You break a window here, knock a woman to the ground and take her cell phone away. It's a nice thing to have done.

Four of us booked the chalet in January 2020. One person had to cancel at short notice, but thanks to the trip cancellation insurance that wasn't a problem at all. It was a very pleasant and nice stay. We were warmly welcomed with coffee and cake. The chalet was very clean and, as a highlight, offers its own sauna with a view of the outside. The Neuschönau treetop path can be easily reached in just a few minutes on foot through the forest. It was a very nice stay. Pure relaxation!☺️❤️

It's been a while since we were guests here, but we still have fond memories of this beautiful and simply perfect chalet and the extremely lovely owners. Simply fantastic. Many thanks to you again, dear Waltraud. We'll definitely see each other again at some point

We stayed in the great chalet from December 26th to March 2nd, 2022. When we arrived, the Maurer family were there and treated us to coffee and Christmas rolls, and the fireplace was lit. Everything in the chalet is made with a lot of heart, lots of little things that just fit together, the Maurer family put a lot of effort into it. Everything was super clean and you felt comfortable from the first second. The peace and quiet on site is simply fantastic, we were looking for peace and quiet and found it, just letting our souls unwind.All in all, it was a very successful stay that we will definitely repeat. A big PRAISE to the family who run the chalet with passion, you can feel it in everything.

Very lovingly furnished little wooden house on the edge of the forest. Absolute peace. In midsummer it can get quite warm, so a walk in the forest can help. You have to like the sound of the fountain, it was almost too dominant at night with the window open - a matter of taste. Sauna is great, with a window for ventilation! The landlords are very nice, they come by once a day and there was cake and coffee at the reception!

A beautiful chalet in an even more wonderful landscape. The owners have put a lot of work into the chalet, which is evident down to the smallest detail of the house. From bathrobes to self-knitted slippers to decorations that make you feel at home. Even the kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, dishwashing liquid and other utensils, as well as placemats, a coffee machine and other electrical appliances.The highlight of the chalet was the beautiful stove that sits in the middle of the living room and warms the entire house. There was even a bread roll delivery service that made the whole package complete. The “landlords” gave us a very friendly welcome with coffee and cake. We immediately felt at home.We are absolutely thrilled and will definitely come back. We have never had such a breathtaking experience.

A beautiful house 🏠 furnished with a lot of love ❤. We stayed at Chalet Blumental for a week and would recommend everyone to spend their time there💆♀️💆♂️. The sauna is the highlight. It was very quiet and relaxed. Great hosts 👫👍
