Heat in rooms especially on the southern side is unbearable - definetly do not stay here in summer as there is no aircondition in the hotel. Internet connection is not working most of the time - for a person such as myself, who needed to work from his room at some days, this was a total disaster... No to mention I was staying in the studio where the standard should be a little higher.

The house is surrounded on three sides by main roads. If you leave the window open in the summer, you won't be able to sleep because of the traffic noise. If you leave the windows closed, you won't be able to sleep because of the heat. The rooms are so noisy that you can hear all the activity in the neighboring room. The toilet bowl was not attached to the floor, so it tipped over when you shifted your weight. The equipment is sparse, the television only shows blurry images. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Nice, very clean apartments with large windows. The apartments are solidly and stylishly furnished with a small kitchen (stove, refrigerator and sink), desk, cupboard and bed. The bathroom, which is also clean, has a toilet, sink and shower. You can already see signs of wear on some of the kitchen furniture, but they are not a problem.The rooms are a bit noisy - the building used to house the old Schweinfurt employment office - so no attention was paid to soundproof walls. Heating and water work perfectly. Overall, you can definitely live comfortably in the apartments for longer.From the train station you can reach the Stadtvilla Budget in about 10 minutes. Right next to it there is a large supermarket and other supply options.You can get the key either directly or via a safe at the entrance to the house. The reception is not in the boarding house, but in the "Aparthotel Stadtvilla Premium" - about 500m further.The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. For example, my previous tenant had left the duvet under the sheet extremely dirty. After contacting reception, I immediately received a new one.

This guesthouse is ideal if you are looking for cheap accommodation. The room is big enough, the kitchenette is complete, only there is a lack of enough crockery, a large bed, a table with chairs, everything is there. The large bathroom is pleasant, but with a small shower cubicle. We needed an additional blanket and the super friendly lady in service brought one over to us straight away. Overall, we slept well here, even if the house is noisy. Price and service are good, the furniture needs to be renewed in some places and the kitchen equipment needs to be expanded! We'll be back!

Very clean rooms, the kitchenette is well equipped and very nice staff at the reception. Highly recommended for a business trip or private vacation, as it is very centrally located :) One star deducted because the room often had a strong smell of vinegar

Very noisy rooms (busy street right in front), calcified fittings in the bathroom, poorly equipped kitchen. There are better options in Schweinfurt.
