I was there about 2 months ago. The hostess is an incredibly nice lady who cares that her guests have a great time. The rooms are clean and completely sufficient. Breakfast was in the hotel next door (100m down the street) where you were welcomed in a very friendly and warm manner and you could eat your fill. The selection there was also completely satisfactory. I will definitely book here again when I'm in the area again.

Disorganized and rooms with quirks!!!No accommodation towards the customer.Was only able to check in 3 hours late (breach of contract).The reservation conditions state: "Unless otherwise agreed, the following times generally apply to arrival and departure: •Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. & •Check-out: by 11:00 a.m."Since no one said otherwise, I was at the accommodation at 2 p.m. I called the number left on the door and the employee told me that she wouldn't be there until 4 p.m. When she was there at 4 p.m. I found out that she had to clean the room first. I was finally able to enter my room around 5 p.m. When I asked for compensation I was only laughed and met with incomprehension. I was offered a coffee as compensation. The employee complained about her job situation and long drives on the highway, etc. Things that don't matter to me as a customer, I'm interested in the times given. Since I'm on vacation to relax, you shouldn't burden your customers with your own problems - I have enough of those myself.The room and terrace are fine so far. However, nothing for longer stays, luckily I was only there for one night.It takes forever for warm water to come into the bathroom. Water drains very slowly in the sink. The toilet cistern was probably defective and was constantly running, which meant you could constantly hear dripping/flowing.Towel rack was loose on the radiator.Soap was simply filled with water, which means it loses its cleaning power. It's fine if you do it at home, but not in a guesthouse!In the evening and after(!) 10 p.m., the employee was still doing gardening work with loud electrical appliances.Since I was tired from the long bike ride, I wanted to sleep and was kept awake.This was the worst accommodation I had during this holiday week and there were accommodations that cost half as much.You won't find me there a second time.

We were welcomed very warmly and treated to delicious solyanka and a dessert. The breakfast was very good and sufficient. We had a relaxed relationship with our hostess. Wishes were fulfilled without any problem. If our path takes us to the area again, we will definitely stay there again.

Very nice landlady, cozy and clean rooms, quiet area, although located on the main road, it was very quiet. Breakfast was rich and tasty, you could also make coffee in the afternoon. Really great! We'll definitely be back!

We booked 3 nights and were absolutely satisfied. Very nice hostess. The breakfast we booked was delicious and completely sufficient. The rooms were clean. PRICE PERFORMANCE TOP!!! We recommend.
