We stop there on our way to MUC, we stayed just one night and it was perfect, huge room with a four-poster bed. and before dinner we had the chance to taste and buy some wine. We has dinner in the restaurant accross the street.

Wine tour with the boss first to the vineyard, then to the wine cellar. It was informative with a lot of love and really well presented. There are still people who are passionate about their job. Very refreshing and humorous. Thank you very much for that and absolutely recommended. Insider still wine

We spent a few great, great days. The breakfast was amazing!!! Such a lovingly and lavishly laid table! The rooms are very spacious, the bed is great! The wine tasting and wine cellar tour were very informative and also fun. The service staff always had a smile on their faces. We'll definitely be back!!!

The star rating is aimed at the snack stand belonging to the manufactory. The waitress had her first day. It's also okay and not a bad thing at all that not all the handles and prices are right. The two stars are for the very high prices (for a snack) and the way the employee deals with the "new girl".So it's better to walk/drive a little further and stop off in the vineyards.

Stephan gave a great tour. Some theory, some tasting and lots of fun.You can tell that the products are made with a lot of love and passion. We have been buying the majority of our white wines and sparkling wines here for years.

Easy to reach and located directly on the bike path, but not that special now.There was a young person at the snack bar who had her first day of work and apparently wasn't properly trained/instructed. As a thank you, the staff constantly snarked at her and portrayed her as stupid, loudly and in front of all the guests. As a result, the older employee constantly forgot what the customers wanted and had to ask several times. The prices are disproportionate to the service. Two pretzels and two filter coffees for €15. Outrageous.

The absolute hammer. Super nice to stop by bike. We have already taken two tours there. Highly recommended. We'll be back for the wine dinner next year.The wine is super delicious. Location great. Stefan does the tours very well.The wine and sparkling wine also tasted interchangeable

A great place on the Saale to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine or sparkling wine.The small, fine bar offers everything your heart desires and the staff is extremely friendly and open-minded. We can highly recommend the tarte flambée and also the home-baked cake.In the wine shop, which is located in the main building, you can take your favorite wine home with you.We always enjoy coming to the wine and sparkling wine factory.

We were there for the “Wine & Dine” event at the manufactory’s vineyard. The atmosphere was magical, the food from the Orangery was very delicate and the selected in-house wines went perfectly with every course.In order to be able to enjoy the event to the fullest, we spent the entire weekend in the manufactory's small but lovely guesthouse. Because there were only 4 rooms, it was very familiar, perfect for anyone who doesn't like tourist hotspots. The service team was always helpful and warm. The rooms are rustic and comfortably furnished and nice and big.We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! :)
