On one hand, this hotel is at a wonderful location and the food was good. On the other hand, the AC in the room had no remote, and claimed to be not working, on a sunny day my room got really warm. Fortunately, I could cool myself down with a shower that had exclusively cold water (very low / no flow of hot water). I was offered an other room that had warm water.

We had a birthday party at Raithelberg. It is a great location, with a stunning view from the main restaurant, great bar with an unbelievably vast choice of whiskey, great food and wonderful staff, nice rooms. We visited the SPA area before, that was also very nice and worth visiting.

Bed mattresses and pillows are not comfortable,there is no air conditioner in the room which gets too hot,if you open the window you get a lot of mosquitoes.You have to check out at 10am (I think it is the only hotel in the world that makes you leave the room that early)Elevator stops working at 10pm and you have to take the stairs (strange policy)Customer service are not friendly

Wonderful spa hotel. I have been coming here for years for different events (including my daughter’s wedding!) The staff are extremely friendly, the facilities brilliant and the food heavenly! Just never do full-board! You will feel stuffed all day! Half-board is ample.

Hotel is in good location and the ambiance is also very good. As I visited during summer not having AC in the room is big disadvantage and it was so suffocating inside the room.

1. PET friendly but pointless to bring your pet ! You can’t go anywhere in the hotel with your pet . Not allowed in the restaurant which is the only restaurant in the hotel . And above that you pay for the pet to stay in the room. For breakfast tue next day , To sit with your pet , you are isolated from everyone and you sit in the corner as if you are contagious.2. Second the spa was really really basic not as shown or described on the webpage and was the first reason that we chose this hotel for as a middle stop before we drive back to Berlin .3- the air condition was broken and found a fan in the room instead . As for the window , you cannot really close it . Have to try closing it with a chain.Other than that the room was clean .The only real consolation in this hotel and that’s why I give it 2 was that the waitress when we went to have breakfast the next morning . She was very very friendly and helpful . The rest of the staff too were nice and friendly .

The hotel is very clean. The rooms look good. I will not leave a bad review about the hotel, but I will leave a review about a young lady who works in cleaning. If you're wondering why you don't have cleaning staff, it's because this young lady says ugly and untrue things about the other girls who clean or about the girls who come for trial work. She thinks she is more special and superior. Be careful with the jobs you do. Thanks.

A very comfortable resort with loads of spa services. But personally the highlights for me were the mealtimes. They have an excellent buffet style meals with plenty of variety so that you can never get bored. The surrounding region is quite beautiful with some decent hiking trails. Its a good place to relax and also to work on team building activities.
