We have felt very comfortable here. Great street with villas. Room number 5 is very large and furnished to match the beautiful old house.The bed is divine, I would love to pack it up, slept very, very well and peacefully given the location.There is a kettle with coffee and tea and a refrigerator in the room.The only thing I would personally improve would be the shower heads, then it would be round.In any case, we received a warm welcome and it is only a few steps to the city center of Bad Schwartau. The train is also less than five minutes away. So location is top.Always happy❤️

The staff is very nice and the house is in a quiet area. The rooms are very old-fashioned and unfortunately the beds are not connected to each other, which means they always slide apart. The cleanliness in the bathroom can be improved. The breakfast was ok.

Great location, almost directly at the train station, but still quiet.The city center is also less than 5 minutes away on foot.Price-performance ratio is great.Rooms clean and well-kept, even if the style is a bit old-fashioned.Would book again if I need to go to the area.

Simple guesthouse.If you can do without comfort,You can easily stay here for three or four nights.The Pension Thiel is very centrally locatedshort distance from the train station.

Very good, family guesthouse that is ideal for short stays. The rooms are comfortably furnished, the cleanliness and the service are not objectionable. There is the possibility of self-catering for dinner (refrigerator available for storage). When the weather is good, there is a very large balcony to enjoy the evening with a view of an avenue with trees. The breakfast is good quality and fully adequate, but not a buffet.We have been going there again and again for many years.

The innkeepers are friendly and helpful.I particularly like the North German mentality and hospitality.The guesthouse is quietly located not far from the small market square in Bad Schwartau.The furnishings are functional and clean, but also a bit old!The same applies to the bathroom in our room (the entrance to the shower is high and probably inconvenient for seniors). The breakfast for 8 euros is cheap but rather simple.I was happy to see something different again and come to the coast.My recommendation is a trip to Fehmarn or Dahme. In my opinion, the stands are much nicer than in Niendorf and Timmendorf, especially if you are traveling with the little ones. However, you also drive a bit (approx. 50-60 minutes by car)!

Very personally run guesthouse, which is being partially renovated and adapted to modern standards (box spring bed). The freight elevator for breakfast is particularly original. The entire Bahnhofstrasse is full of beautiful, old buildings and is very well preserved. Gladly again
