Rating for the restaurant only:Very friendly and attentive. We were here for the schnitzel buffet and were very satisfied. It was replenished regularly, and although the selection was a bit limited, there was always enough of all the food. The dessert in particular was very good and varied.Gladly again

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to post. We've been there 3 times now and wanted to eat and 3 times we had to drive back because it was closed. Same today. It is now clear that the restaurant is permanently closed. But there's nothing about it on the internet. Even if it reopens at some point, we will never try it again

I took a short vacation in the friendly city. The hotel has been renovated and furniture and mattresses have been replaced. I was very happy about that! The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was good, the coffee machine was great at no extra charge (milk foam, cappuccino, etc.). Unfortunately the restaurant had company holidays and couldn't test it...

We had our sales representative stay in this hotel on the recommendation of a colleague who lived nearby. (Look at the pictures and it is convenient to our customer). - it was a bad decision! The behavior of the guests present meant that our employee did not feel safe there as a woman traveling alone and left the hotel that same day. There was no contact person on site and she was denied a telephone request for assistance with accommodation in another hotel. On the contrary, people made very inappropriate and unfriendly comments towards her.Our attempts at contact and subsequent communication proved fruitless. People were unfriendly and dismissive. We will certainly never book here again. In our opinion, absolutely not recommended! It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars.Medset Medical Technology GmbH

We stayed at Tilla's Hof for two nights. Registration and reservation were ok. It would have been nice if there had been a reference to handing over the keys via key safe with code when confirming the reservation. The corresponding information email reached us at a time when we were unable to access any emails or had no notification of receipt. At the time of arrival the telephone number given was. not reachable, a call back only took place 30 minutes after the voicemail was answered. Then it was easy!Unfortunately the heating in the room and bathroom didn't work really well. This was only switched on after critical information. The really very good breakfast compensated us somewhat. If you want to be woken up at 7:00 a.m., you don't need an alarm clock - the church opposite will get you out of bed on time! The traffic on the intersection in front of the hotel does the rest. Sleeping with the window open (in summer) is not possible here!Afterwards, it's worth visiting Maximilian Park once you've found it. The information in the specialist town of Hamm is very sparse.

Unfortunately we are forced to use the hotel as there is no alternative in Hamm Bockum Hövel. I never thought I would have to write a sentence like that after decades of loyalty as a guest. We regularly book a room because we often visit my parents. Calling myself Tilla's Hof, with zero service, is something I've been used to since I was a child. This was our second time as guests of the new owners; The first time was different than the second, which I would like to go into in more detail in a moment. We stayed under the roof and have to complain about the cleanliness and the loose door handle in room 17. If the two employees standing in the kitchen chatting in the kitchen had paid attention to us that morning at breakfast and wished us good morning or offered some service at the table without us having to look for a free, clean table ourselves, information would definitely have flowed. The breakfast, in contrast to the previous owner, is very spartan. I don't even want to go into it any further. But enough! The pictures in the picture frames that have just been hung should also be aligned. That doesn't cost any money! And the offer sign in the parking lot that says BBQ Burger should be cleaned so that you can NOT read the last five dishes. It appears unclean, unstructured and unkempt. That doesn't cost any money either! The highlight was the payment:No one in sight, hidden somewhere in the kitchen, two employees who seemed to be hungover didn't even manage to ask how the stay was. The only question is: cash or card?Well, you have to have some sort of sensitivity for gastro service, otherwise I unfortunately see Tilla's Hof as close to failure.

I can't say anything about the rooms, I had dinner in the restaurant. The restaurant is very nice and cozy. Toilets tip top.The food was very good, I went to the gourmet buffet. It was all very tasty. The service is attentive, something you find increasingly rare and very friendly. I would be happy to come back because a la carte is supposed to be just as good.

We were there to eat asparagus. Even though I had reserved well in advance via email, there was no space. We were then seated in the “hall”. There were a lot of things from clubs here, it was more like a storage room, untidy and uncomfortable, very disappointing. According to the waitress, the boss had accepted too many guests. But that can't be their problem.

Worst accommodation I've ever been in.Booked 4 nights, left after 2.The steep stairs are unsuitable for older or disabled people.Separate beds. A normal bed, a narrow fold-out lounger.Room above busy street. Window tilted – loud. Window closed – stuffy. The shelf above the small sink is so oversized that washing is difficult. There was a desk, but no chair or table.Room wasn't made. The shelf for storing fresh clothes is so small that half of them had to stay in the suitcase.Service staff – good. Boss – grumpy and unfriendly.Breakfast buffet – average.Restaurant food – average.Restaurant frequented by many flies.Type of trip vacation couple

The room was clean.Unfortunately the only positive thing about it.No heating in the bathroom was no fun given the current temperatures at night. The sink is so close to the toilet that you can hardly sit.But the worst thing was the bed, it was so hard that we couldn't sleep at night. Everything hurt in the morning and the ground would probably have been softer. The restaurant was great, both the service and the food, but I always like to stay here for free
