We went there with our daughter and her family. The first thing the granddaughters said when we entered the rooms was: this is like stepping into a fairy tale. There even was a little Hänsel and Gretel cottage in the backyard they were allowed to play in. This is not a luxury, high tech facility but the WiFi works well, the beds are good, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great and there is no better host than Valia.

My wife & I spent a week at the Gastehaus Eder in Oberammergau. We found it to be spotlessly clean & comfortable. The breakfast were perfect with many delightful items to enjoy, many of which were local and extremely delicious.The décor of the Gastehaus was traditional (inside & out) with interesting object d'art giving a homespun & traditional feel. Frau Valia Dikova was always on hand with excellent service and tourist information. I recommend Gastehaus Eder for holiday makers and business people alike,. thank you Frau Dikova a delightful home.

We rented one guestroom from this owner and two apartments from her mother located right behind her house. It was perfect for the six of us. The condition of the accommodations was beautiful and the view from our balcony was spectacular! The location was truly a six minute walk into the center of town. We will definitely return.

We stayed for one night, having seen the Passion Play. The guest house is very convenient for the centre of Oberammergau but situated on a very quiet street. Frau Eder is a very welcoming hostess, and we had a very comfortable stay with a great breakfast.

Two friends were visiting the guesthouse for 5 days of vacation. We were reluctant to leave. Many thanks to the lovely owner Ms. Dikova! Sufficient, fresh, local products were waiting for us every morning on the lovingly set table. Our room was decorated with heart, as was the house itself and the garden. Our room was very clean and well maintained, with a fantastic view of the mountains. The beautiful town center is easily accessible for strolling from the house, and hikes can also be undertaken from there. The nearby area with its many attractions can also be easily reached by car.We wish you all the best, we'd love to come back!

If you want to arrive uncomplicated and switch off (whether on vacation or to work in peace on your PC), this is the right place for you!A very cozy and sweet guesthouse in a rustic farmhouse style.The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and you have a fantastic view of the mountains 😍This is also catered for for people who like to watch TV. For tea junkies like me, there is a kettle and different types of tea in the room for a warm bedtime treat.Ms. Valia Dikova is not only a very personable person, but she also takes great care of her guests. Thank you very much at this point, dear Valia! 💯❤️Had one of my best weekends there with my friends and am looking forward to the next visit!

Great coworking experience and delicious food in Oberammergau!We recently took advantage of the coworking offer here and absolutely loved it! The common room was great and offered an inspiring working environment. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was very important to us.After work, we enjoyed our free time and restaurants in Oberammergau. The food everywhere was delicious, reasonably priced and the choice of restaurants was great! :)The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. She made breakfast for us and made our stay even better. Thank you Valia for a great time!All in all, our visit here was a completely positive experience. We can only warmly recommend this accommodation for a workation.We will definitely come back!
