There was an empty plastic bottle from the previous tenant behind the decorations on the cupboard with the stove. The light above the dining table clearly had a loose connection. The bathroom had no window and therefore there was mold under the ceiling and in the corners. The basement room was so damp that there was already a dehumidifier on the closet and the bed linen was damp. Since the heating didn't come on until late afternoon, it wasn't possible to "dry heat" during the day. The sofa bed on the ground floor is more of an emergency solution, but not practical for two adults in the long term. My wife caught such a cold that we left two days earlier, completely unnerved. To add to the annoyance, the apartment on the left was rented to mechanics who, shortly after six in the morning, left the engine running with loud chatter until everyone finally got in. So you were woken up early in your damp bed. No fun and certainly no relaxation, which we urgently needed. The landlady's statement that she was aware of the defects was not reflected in the overnight price or in her response to our request for a discount. We are writing this review a few weeks after our departure to save other guests from disappointment and to encourage the landlady to make improvements.
