I stayed in the holiday home for 3 months and felt at home from the first day.I didn't want to move out again and would have liked to have stayed much longer.The holiday home has everything you need. Whether it's a long weekend or several months, you have everything there and all you have to do is buy groceries.The owners are super nice and very helpful.I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.The location directly on the motorway is ideal in terms of traffic, but there is no noise pollution.

Four of us adults stayed at Landhaus Käthchen for a week and were more than satisfied there. We had enough space and the whole house is so lovingly furnished that you can't help but feel comfortable. The old building has been beautifully restored so that each room has its own charm and is a pleasure to stay in. The equipment offers everything you could wish for and if something is missing, the landlords are there immediately to take care of it. You could always find loving details everywhere in the house.The house has an inner courtyard with a large table and loungers where you can spend the days undisturbed.The house is located in beautiful surroundings, directly on a recreational path that is ideal for hiking and especially cycling.It was sparkling clean and we didn't have a single point the whole week that we didn't like.Thank you for the great time!

We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The apartment was absolutely clean and fully equipped. Nothing was missing. You can sit comfortably outside the house and the car is parked in front of the door. We were thrilled and can fully recommend the apartment and the very nice landlords.

Perfect holiday home for relaxation!Were there for 10 days and really enjoyed the time. The house is in top condition and has been renovated with a lot of love. We really liked the mix of old and new. The furnishings far exceed expectations for a holiday home. And if we needed anything else, the landlords were there straight away. We received a very warm and uncomplicated welcome and were even provided with toys for our daughter. We spent a lot of time outside and really enjoyed the landscape and surroundings.Thank you very much for the great time and see you next time.

Very nice accommodation in a beautifully renovated half-timbered house.Overall, very well equipped and very comfortable, so you can survive bad weather without any problems. Communication with the hosts is very uncomplicated and nice.

A perfect place to get to know the Bliesgau Biosphere Reserve well, but also for further away destinations such as Saarbrücken, Völklinger Hütte and nearby France. But the house is so beautifully furnished that you can enjoy spending time inside and outside. The hosts gave us an uncomplicated welcome, gave us nice tips and also informed us about the renovation of the house and the future apartment. We were also able to charge our plug-in hybrid KIA every night at one of the sockets, which made our trips to the small villages possible using electricity. Many thanks to both of them. When it comes to the furnishings of the house, it should be said that nothing was missing, the many small things that you often suddenly need in a holiday apartment were all there (and many that we didn't need). We went out for lunch and sat in the courtyard with a glass of wine in the evening when the weather was nice; in the morning it was often still too cold. The furniture is a loving mix of beautiful and old, but modern pieces are also perfectly mixed in. We will tell all our friends about our positive experience here and can only recommend the country house!

We have already stayed in a few holiday homes, but we have never felt as welcome as here. From the landlord to many little things such as a bottle of champagne in the fridge or a pack of pasta with pesto.The landlord couple was also very nice and always worried and tried to make sure we had a good time there.Thank you very much to the family for the great stay. A really fantastic holiday home to unwind. Great landlords and fully equipped! Nothing is missing. Great surroundings with lots of sights for day trips, cycling tours and the like.We can wholeheartedly recommend it as a family with three small children!!!
