The location is very good.Service on the terrace: well, maybe we had the wrong service. You can be friendly. Food was nothing special. Price performance was still ok.

Without a reservation you have to wait a bit. Great location with a view of the Moselle. Food tastes good and prices are okay too. Staff a bit hectic but nice!

Needed a room at short notice on the weekend, which was possible here. Even rebooking on the same day was no problem at all.Very nice operator, hotel's own parking spaces, nice, tasty, manageable breakfast.Clean rooms. Gladly again. Great view of the castle.

Simple hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Clean, simple rooms in a nice, convenient location. Ideal for excursions. Unfortunately no elevator. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the city. The food is average locally, with sometimes humorous service. Would stay there again at any time.

The operator Stephan Laux did not send any confirmation after his telephone confirmation and did not respond to our numerous attempts to contact us via emails, SMS, WhatsApp and messages on the answering machine. This makes you wonder why rooms are offered if you don't want to rent them out. We are very disappointed and definitely won't try it again.

We sat on the terrace in the afternoon sun, with a meadow and a view of Cochem! This was really enjoyable. The food came and then the enjoyment was over, poorly prepared with no flavor or taste to the meat. Snitzel was out of the fryers and my steak was as spicy as anything. We have something in our stomachs so we could continue for a while afterwards, but I wouldn't go there again for food. Drink yes.

For 100 euros for 2 people to sleep and including breakfast. Everything is old, but the bed was fine, the shower was fine and it was clean. Friendly man behind the reception and private parking spaces at the rear. Nothing to complain about.

A coincidence led us there. Friends had visited us at the holiday destination and they were hungry after arriving. You can eat very well there and sit nicely with a view of the Moselle and Cochem. The staff is friendly, funny and helpful.
