We had such a great time here! The room was surprisingly very big! We even had our own kitchen which we weren't expecting at all. The lady that owns the place is super nice and serves you coffee or tea every morning. The breakfast options are also very wide so we started our day very nice throughout our stay while looking at Cochem Castle every morning. The place is about a fifteen minute walk from the center. The walk however is very nice because you can immediately see the castle and you are walking along the Mozel River.Would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in Cochem close to the castle!

I simply wish we'd had more time, both at the Pension Schneider and in Cochem as a whole. Our room was nice and clean, and the grounds were beautiful. We did not take the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast, but our room had a small kitchen which suited us nicely. What a beautiful setting, tucked away from the busy-ness of the Altstadt, yet not far away at all from all that Cochem has to offer. We hope to return someday on another trip to Germany!

Solid B&B with ok breakfast buffet. Owners try to keep everything up to date and/or in order, however, everything still appears a bit dated. During high season, value for money (100 Euro a night via booking.com) is a bit borderline. Location is a little bit off but still walking distance to Cochem center.

The guesthouse itself is great and centrally located. It was barely 5 minutes by bike to Cochem. Very nice hosts, breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. Just the right thing for a long weekend on the Moselle.

First of all, we were greeted in a very friendly manner by Ms. Schneider. The room, kitchen and bathroom were super clean and furnished with a lot of love and warmth. The garden invites you to relax. The location is simply brilliant, 1.7 km from the city center but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was more than plentiful, it was always replenished and Mrs. Schneider came to the table and asked if everything was OK. Already booked for 2025.

The location of this place is a quiet place, about 5 minutes by car from the city center. There was a supermarket and a bakery just a short walk away, which was a big plus for us with children. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and tableware. We were able to see the castle and greenery from there and was impressed every morning. I can highly recommend this hotel.
