Very nice landlord in a historic house. Very small room, toilet and shower not in the room, but one floor below. But cheap price.

Henk and Ria, what we are because of you.We received a very sweet and hospitable welcome! We enjoyed your beautifully decorated house, room and garden. The sanitary facilities are very nice and clean. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the evenings in your garden, where we had a drink with you. Thank you for that and see you soon.

This house is an imposition.The "own" bathroom is outside the room,To get to the toilet you have to go one floor down through narrow stairs!The “room” is a broom closet at best.Zero storage space, the suitcase doesn't fit in the "room" and has to be in front of the doorbe turned off.The street right next to the guesthouse is busy and therefore quite loud.The “super” breakfast that is so often described is mediocre at best.

This guesthouse is unacceptable.The room was tiny!When we arrived we were told that the suitcase didn't fit in the room and that we should leave it in front of the door!There is no place to put even small things like a cell phone!The "own bathroom" is not in the room but outside in the hallway and you have to go to the toilet on the lower floor!There is also no TV in the room.

Host Henk and hostess Ria are hospitable people and they make every effort to make you happy.Room and bathroom/shower are very clean.Breakfast was nothing to complain about (except ordinary).We are very pleased and will definitely come back.It bears repeating.Rinus and Hetty, Nieuwegein.

Very nice landlords who live in the house. You feel like you're at home. Everything decorated with love. Super clean and a great breakfast. It is also relatively central. On foot about 5 minutes. Parking is also right in front of the door.The only drawback... there is no TV in the rooms.Otherwise everything was perfect and really recommended.

We were there in 2020, arrived there and were received very enthusiastically, I was thirsty and they were immediately ready with drinks,We danced and made a video of it. The breakfast was so good, everything you could wish for, slept well and showered, what more could you want for that money. Thank you Ria&Henk

We had booked 4 nights at the Hermina B&B in Cochem from August 15th, 2018 to August 19th, 2018. In our booking confirmation we were promised the following: "You have chosen a great accommodation for your stay. You will get more privacy, more space and a home on holiday, just for yourself." What we found on site was: the house is located on a very busy, noisy Cochem arterial road, we had a tiny room in the sloping roof with 2 simple metal beds with 2 mattresses, each of which was 10 cm narrower than the bed frame. The bathroom was outside the room across the hallway. There was no table or desk in the room, just 1 chair and a small one. Closet and no TV or telephone, there wasn't any more space anyway. The great accommodation had a breakfast/lounge room one floor down with 2 tables and 4 chairs and a TV for all guests. In the evening, our fellow guests made loud, non-stop calls and surfed the Internet. We wanted to watch TV - very difficult, what privacy, or should we go to sleep in our "super beds" in our tiny room under the roof at 7 p.m.? Since we had already paid when booking and wanted to cancel our stay after the first night, we tried to reach an amicable agreement with the Dutch landlord. But he firmly rejected all efforts. We then left without having achieved anything and are now writing this review to make future guests who may be interested in this B&B Hermina accommodation aware of what to expect

Ria and Henk always feel like coming home, we always go back. We wouldn't want another B&B in Cochem. Worth more than 5 stars. Kind regards, Jan and Wendy from Belgium 😘
