Lovely little pension on the Cond side of Cochem, run by husband and wife, who seem like perfectly nice people. Our room faced the Moselle river and Reichsburg Cochem. That view is absolutely worth the price; which was very reasonable by the way.The two times we had breakfast there, the food was alright and we appreciated how they'd done a little extra for our 7-year old boy, setting the table with childrens utensils and a little chocolate. That was a very nice personal detail. We did have a few issues issues we would like to adress though. During the 4 days we stayed, no one checked our room to see if we needed towels or if the waste basket needed emptying. After 4 days in a massive heatwave both was most certainly the case. The bathroom is very small if you bring kids . Our son bumped his head a few times on the edge of the bathroom shelf, when trying to get out of the way, so we could open the door.If you enjoy your coffee in the morning, you'll have to wait until 8.30 when breakfast is served. An electrical kettle in the room would've been much appreciated. All in all though, we had a pleasant stay. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was stunning. Thanks for having us.

We found this little gem and are so happy we did. Owners were extremely welcoming, very clean rooms, breakfast was typical German and great! We booked a room with a view of Cochem and the Reichsburg and it was breathtaking. We will definitely return here on any future trips to the area.

Our room on the second floor [third floor is you're US/Canadian] faced the river, great little balcony, could watch the cruise boats on the river, the castle, the whole experience with a bottle of Moselle before heading out to …

Beautiful view! The rooms were tidy and clean. At breakfast we were forced to share a table with another room.

Pension Regina/Gräfenhaus is located in the perfect location in Cochem. Within walking distance of the center, yet a quiet location.Great view from the balcony of the Mosel, the center of Cochem and the Reichsburg Cochem.Hostess was friendly and helpful and gave the right tips for restaurants (which ones, but especially which ones not, such as don't go to the Alt Cochem restaurant if you don't want to be treated like a dog!). She was also very flexible with the check-in time for us, which is very nice, but we had to request this in advance via booking.com.In the hall you could get drinks (water, soft drinks, wine) and snacks (especially chocolate) for 24 hours, which you could then pay for afterwards. You can have breakfast in Hanne's Cafe below the guest house. Tasty, simple, but extensive breakfast. You can make a reservation in the guesthouse or in the breakfast cafe (do this a day in advance!).Room was fine, not very big, but fine if you are out and about all day. Cupboard for your clothes, bedding, towels, TV.Bed was also fine, a little low at most. And the most beautiful thing about the room was the balcony with a view of the Mosel, Cochem center and Reichsburg Cochem!Minuses:- Unfortunately, there is no possibility for coffee and/or tea in the room- Small passage to the shower due to a fixed shower wallAll in all, we had a wonderful stay in the nice and beautiful city of Cochem!

Nice guesthouse, very clean, mattress was too soft for me and the owner solved the problem to my complete satisfaction for the next few nights. Thanks again. We felt very comfortable. Price performance excellent. You can recommend Haus Regina without hesitation.
