Room was good and big. The cleanliness was poor.The receptionist was a bit unfriendly.The breakfast (15€ surcharge) was ok except for the broken coffee machine, but filter coffee was provided immediately.

1. Room quality:The room was modern and well equipped with WiFi, TV, kettle and a small fridge. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, which made the rooms very warm, especially in summer. The air in the hallways was also stuffy, resulting in two sleepless nights. It would have been nice if the windows had mosquito nets so they could be easily opened at night. The tip to close the blinds during the day wasn't very helpful.2. Service:The service, especially the receptionist, seemed rude and uninterested in the well-being of the guests. Her friendliness seemed fake and fake. It was not permitted to use the fully automatic coffee machine in the breakfast room and it was not permitted to drink coffee outside. The main entrance door had to remain closed at all times, which was incomprehensible. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, but not outstanding, and the price-performance ratio was not right here.3. Cleanliness:The cleanliness in the guest house was impeccable. All rooms were clean and sparkling, which was very pleasant.4. Equipment:The guest house has a wellness oasis, but I can't judge what it offers because the door was locked. The guest house is not barrier-free as there is no elevator. Cool drinks were hard to find, although I admit I didn't actively ask for them.5. Location:The guest house is located in the village of Kaltenberg, ideal for visiting the Kaltenberg Knights' Games, which are just a 10-minute walk away. However, the surrounding area offers little that is attractive. The view falls on a parking lot and the few chairs in front of the main entrance do not invite you to linger. However, if you don't have any high expectations after a day trip and are just looking for a place to stay overnight, you will find everything you need in the Willibrand guesthouse.Overall rating:The Willibrand guesthouse in Kaltenberg offers modern rooms and excellent cleanliness, but leaves something to be desired in terms of service and comfort. The location is ideal for visitors to the Kaltenberg Knights' Games, but otherwise not very appealing. The facilities and the treatment of guests could be improved to make the stay more pleasant.

This was our second time, but certainly not the last time, as guests at the Willibald guest house. It's wonderfully quiet, you can quickly get to various excursion destinations and everything is explained to you very well by the very friendly owner. Free WiFi and parking at the front door. The fridge and free selection of drinks in the room is a great extra. At breakfast you have everything you need for a good start to the day. Thank you and see you soon.
