We go there every year with our facility residents.Everyone is always excited. Great service, nice staff. A beautiful facility. Just beautiful.

We had a great time with our group at IDA Arendsee. It was a quick walk from the complex to the lake, which we really liked.The food was very tasty and upon request we were even able to get stick bread from the kitchen to sit around the campfire on the last evening.We would be happy to come back.

Positive to mention:Beautifully located, very quiet (at least at this time of year) and plenty of play opportunities for our little son (20 months).It's also only a very short way to Lake Arendsee, so you can take a nice walk.The staff was exceptionally friendly and made you feel very welcome.The house was sufficiently equipped with everything you needed, including a baby bed.Neutral: the breakfast was okay, but relatively expensive for what was on offer.Not so nice:You can tell (especially in the bathroom) that the holiday village is getting a little old. The bathroom wasn't that clean, the wiper provided was pretty dirty and (unpleasant now in the fall) the water from the tap was very lukewarm.Overall, we would recommend the holiday village, especially with children!

We were here for the 4th time. We always feel very comfortable. Friendly and service-oriented people. We have always slept in other houses and the renovations every year have a positive impact. There is always something new or modernized to discover outside. It is not far to the Arendsee outdoor pool and the surrounding area is ideal for walking or cycling.

This year we had our family reunion at the IDA again (for the second time).It was great again, the entire complex is ideal for holidays with children.There is also the option of renting a room if the weather doesn't cooperate.All the employees are super friendly here, especially the colleague in the kitchen, a special thank you for the good mood that was spread.Arendsee Pearl of the Altmark There is no need to say moreWe have booked again for 2026 and 2025 is fully booked, that says it all.

We planned our family reunion in Arendsee and chose the IDA as our overnight stay. We were 7 people and had booked 2 apartments with double rooms. The complex is beautifully located in the forest just outside Arendsee. The rooms were sufficiently large and clean. One evening we booked a barbecue and sat comfortably in the barbecue house. The staff (reception and kitchen) were very friendly. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious and plentiful 👍🏻

There is no question of cleaning the rooms before arrival. In the apartment you can find dirt such as spider webs and dead insects everywhere, whether in the kitchen, bathroom or on the windows. For example, they forgot to refill the soap in the bathroom.These components significantly worsen the feeling of well-being on this otherwise very nice system.
