Don't know about the rooms. Anyway, try the outdoor restaurant in the backyard in summer. A fresh place, with a lot of winetrees reaching the roof, water flowing from a small fountain and all above this, a fresh bier or a glass of one of their Kaseirstühler wines along with a traditionnal speciality from the Chef. Good cuisine, quite and beautiful place and perfect location at only 100 m away from the Marktplatz.

Its a disappointment in many respects. Arrived with child 3 Years old and ordered spaghetti from the kids menu. Took them 50 min to prepare. not enough spaghetti much to salty. Our food was so so. Especially the vegetables were much to salty. There were 3 waiters and max 8 tables and you were wondering what they were doing... just avoid this place especially on a busy day.

I stayed in Kaiserstuhler Hof for 1 night on my bike trip. The breakfast is so lovingly decorated, exemplary in terms of hygiene, everything your heart desires and more. There's no better way to start the day. Bicycle could be safely stored. Room was good, great mattress. Staff super friendly, warm welcome. The stay exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. But I will come back to dine at the Kaiserstuhler Hof. Thanks to the traditional family business, which also lovingly showcases historical details. Simply wonderful!

4.5 stars - food very tasty, atmosphere, especially at this time of year, very pleasant and service friendly. All in all, the best restaurant of all that I visited on my trip in Breisach and the surrounding area. Here are a few tips from restaurateur to restaurateur (really just details, why it was just not enough for 5 stars):1) Once the guest has received their food, it is worth asking after a few minutes whether everything is good and whether the guest would like to order something else to drink.2) the guest should not sit in front of the empty plate for more than a few minutes after eating; If there is a lot going on, it can take a little longer, but paying while the empty plates are still on the table is not very pleasant. In general, the service staff should also ask themselves after the meal whether the guest has any further requests - this gives the guest the opportunity to order the bill without having to get up or otherwise make themselves known.3) The restaurant, especially the door, should be kept in mind so that departing guests can always be said goodbye by at least one person. The devil lies in the detail - it's the little things that turn a good restaurant into a great restaurant and turn a €10 tip into a €20 tip.On that note: see you soon!

We stayed at the Kaiserstuhlerhof for two nights to go cycling in the Kaiserstuhl. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top. We slept well and comfortably. After a delicious breakfast and a great meal, we received excellent and competent advice regarding the wine from the very extensive menu. If the weather permits, the inner courtyard is a cozy place. Our bikes were well stored and the car was only 100 meters away. We felt very welcome. The staff is refreshingly welcoming and kind. Our stay more than exceeded our expectations.
