You'd better choose something else... overpriced, modest breakfast, cash only, no receipts, pushes you to confirm cancellation on booking.com (apparently not to pay provision) and ignores your requests (parking, etc).

Decent guesthouse, clean and modern rooms. There is a small garden where you can sit. There are limited parking spaces at the guesthouse; parking in the entire residential area is only permitted with a resident parking permit. The breakfast was rich and lovingly prepared.All in all a nice stay.We paid €25 per night for the dog, which I thought was a bit much.

The apartments have been renovated and have a modern look. The zone is relatively quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of the center. The kitchen is equipped with everything for a family, there were two of us and it was therefore more than complete. The parking lot is private and just small for 4 large cars, but manageable. Nice for family or business.

I was here for the first time and the stay was like in a fairy tale. From the very beginning of your stay, you can feel the atmosphere of a family boarding house. Breakfasts are rich, constantly replenished. They cannot be compared in terms of taste. There must be a wizard in the kitchen. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and you can see that the entire guesthouse is constantly being looked after. The owner is nice and accommodating. During the stay, he is interested in the guests, whether they have everything and are not missing anything. The next place to stay will be here only. Thank you for a wonderful time spent in your guest house.

We were here for the weekend when it was the opening of the season. At this time, it is very difficult to find a vacancy. We lived in an apartment that had two rooms (one with a sofa and access to the balcony). There was a spacious bathtub and a beautiful large bathroom. The accommodation was simply great. A short distance from the center, but there was peace, a view of the greenery, a playground for children a short distance from the hotel and, above all, its own parking lot. The host was very nice and the breakfasts were amazing. I did not expect and have not yet experienced such a large selection of great food. Really great. We had a wonderful family weekend here.

We recommend this accommodation. Pension clean, fragrant, rooms tastefully furnished. The owner is nice and accommodating. Rich breakfast, nothing was missing. We had a 3-year-old son with us, at breakfast he had a children's table setting, children's cutlery automatically. The pension is a short distance from the center and the park. There is a fridge with drinks at the reception, accessible at any time.

Great location of the guesthouse. Clean, fragrant accommodation. The breakfasts are very rich, nothing is missing 👌 during the weekend we had the opportunity to use other accommodation in Františkovy Lázně and we quickly returned to the pension. On my next visit, I will only come here!

We were guests in this guesthouse for the first time.After a short journey, we were warmly welcomed and explained very well by the boss about all the important things and escorted to our room.Our room was nicely furnished, had a balcony and was very clean.The bathroom had a modern vanity and a fairly large shower.The room had an LCD flat screen TV and a very comfortable double bed.The guesthouse has free Wi-Fi in all rooms.We particularly liked the very good breakfast, which was very varied, tasty and generous.There was even champagne! 🍾We felt very comfortable in this beautiful guesthouse and will try to spend a few nice days in this house again on our next visit to Františkovy Lázně.Thanks to Milan and his friendly staff.Please keep it up😊

Nice location. Close access to the spa center and parks at the same time. We were absolutely satisfied with the accommodation. Friendly approach of the staff and the owner of the boarding house. Despite the fact that we checked in at the last minute and only for two nights, they still accommodated us with an order for massages the very next day. The massages were excellent. Fantastic breakfast - plenty of choice.

Great guesthouse, breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very comfortable. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. We would be happy to come back at any time.
