Good German home cooking in a rustic atmosphere.Not the bulk, but super tasty. The plates were all completely cleaned.Very friendly service, nothing was said even when special requests were made.

Old house steeped in history with a beautiful beer garden, rooms are simple but clean and everything you need is available, staff and the boss were very nice and accommodating, I felt very comfortable, I would like to come back!

We were in Bad Frankenhausen over the weekend and had problems getting a table. When we called, we were spoken to in a very friendly manner. The reception on site was very familiar and friendly and, despite the crowd, the service was very relaxed and relaxed and there were also humorous conversations. The food, I had the roast pork with red cabbage and Thuringian dumplings, as well as the Swedish cup afterwards, were very good quality. We can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

We arrived spontaneously for 1 night. We were greeted very friendly and moved into our room very quickly.In the evening we also had dinner, everything tasted delicious and the conditions were also very friendly.Breakfast the next morning was sufficient and had enough choice.The decor was rustic, just as MSN imagines it to be.All in all a good pub and we would come back at any time

Very nice hotel.Original building structure lovingly restored.Room spacious and clean. Likewise the bathroom.Very good restaurant, we had pork cheeks, of the best quality. And brawn, extremely tasty and both suitable for large appetites.The staff and the landlord are extremely friendly and helpful.We would like to come back, then for a slightly longer stay. The beds in room 43 urgently need to be changed. 3 nights on the mattresses are unreasonable. You feel like you're in a hammock and can feel every single spring. Rooms 41-43 are all adjacent to the beer garden, so peace and quiet in the bedroom with an open window and a small child is hardly possible. The breakfast was sufficient, but definitely not enough for vegetarians.When the rolls were refilled, they were still frozen inside. After informing service, they were baked again - but again not baked through, so we bought our own rolls from the nearest bakery the next day.

Old hamlet in Bad Frankenhausen..Food at its finest...quality very good and tasty...On Monday we went to the old Hämmelei at short notice to eat. There were many tables reserved. However, the landlord was so friendly and freed up a table for us. The menu was very well laid out. There was something for every taste. I ordered spare Ribs and my partner the salmon...When we got the food, we were both very excited...it tasted excellent and was super tasty...So that's really worth recommending, 100% top quality at fair prices...and very tasty...Again any time ..W.L.

Rustic style restaurant with home cooking (schnitzel, fries, Rostbrätl, solyanka). There are also three dishes for children (potato pancakes, fries and nuggets). You can also have ice cream for dessert. However, the menu is manageable overall. Staff was friendly and the food came quickly.
