We spontaneously wanted to take a nice, short vacation. Since we have two children, we really wanted a children's hotel. Unfortunately we are disappointed. We paid so much money but unfortunately we didn't get the requirements. We had already decided on the cheapest room with the ancient furniture. We certainly wouldn't have been able to pay for the other rooms.Point 1: There were stains on the floor in our roomPoint 2: There was a large layer of dust in the kettle (so much for drinking tea)Point 3: The view was quite nice, but the balcony, which was in need of renovation, ruined the view.Point 4: The white toothpaste residue from our previous hotel visitors could still be seen in the toothbrush cupsPoint 5: Everything in the hallways is old and worn out, you felt like you were in a student dormitory (smelled)Point 6: In the games room there is only half the wall tattoo left and generally not a feel-good placeOne good point, the staff was friendly. We do not recommend the hotel. It's a shame about our lovely vacation.

The hotel from the 70s is well located for excursions and hikes. We had an apartment, it was worn out and felt like it hadn't been renovated since 1972. I had to give 1 star, but this is also not justified. The hotel as a whole is in dire need of renovation!

Sorry, but one of the most terrible hotels I've ever been on vacation in.Entice with upgraded rooms in November and December, BUT this is completely ignored and dismissed when you book at the end of October, from October 31st to November 3rd. wants to stay. Reason: Upgrade only applies from November and everything else doesn't matter.

We have been coming to Hotel Panoramic for years. Our children (9,8,4 years old) always have a great experience here. Thanks to the Beaver Club, the children can make lots of nice things, paint, dress up and so on. In the evening the children can dance or play games. Thanks to the super nice teachers Nicole🥰 and Michelle😍.Special thanks to clown Figaro with his great magic show😍, every time he makes the children excited and laugh. He also does many other things with children such as throwing cans and modeling balloons.Benny the beaver also comes to the hotel every morning to greet all guests, especially the little guests.I can't understand the many bad reviews, the hotel is very child-friendly, with good food and a nice wellness area. Can only recommend to everyone. We'd love to come back.Greetings from Alexandra, Christina and Daniel.

Restaurant and service is good. That apartment had apparently not been renovated since the property was built, it was clean but not cozy.

We have just arrived and are extremely disappointed... for €480 including 2 x breakfasts for 2 nights, we would have expected a little more 😞 we don't even have a bed... we're supposed to sleep on a sofa, the furnishings are from the 18th century. The chairs are full of stains, the fridge is... sorry, I'm at a loss for words. It's not clean, the cupboard doors in the kitchen don't close and they're all hanging at half past seven. The bathroom is ok... we're really not demanding, quite the opposite... but we would have liked a bit of comfort and at least a bed for the price!! Not recommended for this price. We hope that the food is at least good and that we can still enjoy the days outside in the nice weather.

The hotel was in worse condition than you see at first glance online. The apartments are located in a GDR apartment block which are connected to the main entrance as shown in the pictures. The rooms were very run down. The staff was always friendly no matter what the issue! They also had a lot to offer for children, excursions, children's disco etc... The food was sometimes very bad, industrial food and not justified for the price! There was also far too little choice, some of the yogurts and salad bar were great! The swimming pool looked like the pictures but it could also be urgently renovated. Sand in the baby pool, the large pool was ice cold..

We were rather disappointed. The hotel consists of two high-rise buildings, which look very run down from the outside. The rooms are very nice in terms of furnishings and the balconies are also fine. Unfortunately, we had a very strong smell in the room when we arrived, so we had to ventilate it well first. The hotel room was not cleaned once during our stay. So there was no change of towels. (We always use towels sparingly and use them as often as possible, but when you come back from the mountains it can happen that towels are so dirty that they need cleaning). Because the size of the hotel wasn't clear when we booked, it was disappointing for us that there was more mass processing here. This was also reflected in the food. The food was good one day and a disappointment another day. The kitchen is Asian-run, which is very tasty when it comes to Asian dishes, but rather a disappointment when it comes to dishes of other nationalities. For the comparative amount of money we paid here, I definitely expected more and unfortunately we won't be able to visit here again.Update: Thank you for your answer, by the way we had a superior family apartment, it's true it was new. Hence the statement that the room was very good. But I had already expressed my displeasure at reception. Unfortunately, for 1,150 euros for 3 nights, it's not understandable for us.

The “hotel” is quite large and cannot be overlooked. When you stand in front of it, it hits you first. Both towers are 15 stories high and are all apartments that can be rented. The room (apartment) is very old. The sofa was worn out, the floor (carpet) was stained and the mattress was so worn out that you could feel the springs inside the mattress. In the entire time (4 nights) the room wasn't even cleaned. We had to order toilet paper at reception. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is unreasonable. In the morning there was a sweep in the foyer, in front of the playrooms. However, the room with the table tennis table is not. You can also see this in the thick dust on the floor. There was hardly any soap in the toilets, disinfectant was empty in all (!) dispensers. The employees at the reception are mostly unfriendly. It's really nice for the children. At least the children's disco and the beaver club. The location, however, is great. Very beautiful and there is a lot to discover. The food was really good too! Yummy.Attention: chicken nuggets must be purchased separately. If you do this, you have to pay extra for the fries that come with it (otherwise fries are included in the all inclusive or half board)We had 3 nuggets with fries for €6.Snapper…Conclusion: the location and the food were great. There is nice animation for the children.Cleanliness is terrible. It “only” has 3 stars, but the fact that the cleanliness and politeness suffer is really sad!
