We wanted to have a nice evening on August 16th, 2024 and went to the beer garden Hotel Stadt Güsten. So far so good. When we got there we chose a table where we would sit. Even the first time we touched the chairs, we were shocked. Summertime is spider time, it's clear that these little animals like to build things, but if it's on the seating you should try to get rid of it before the customer sits down or is even there. Ok, we sat down until the waitress came. I'm aware that we can only do one thing at a time, but then it started. We were given the menus first, although we didn't have any seat cushions yet, and the table decorations and the cleaning cloth were missing, at least briefly across the table to wipe. The drinks were picked up and brought. Then the seat cushions were distributed and the table decorations were brought on a tray, which we put up ourselves. Since the little one couldn't decide straight away whether she wanted a cushion or not, she was treated indifferently/overwhelmed by the waitress/that a decision wasn't made straight away. After it was our turn to order the food, my ordered starter arrived after a short time, which was my only meal there that evening!! When the waitress asked, I told her I hadn't found a main course yet and said I'd finish this first. I assumed that I would be asked again about the main course, because I only had a small starter (spiced meat) and luckily for me the little one didn't want her fries, so I was still able to eat them. Even when my partner got her ice cream for dessert, I wasn't asked about my food. Yes, and when it came to the ice cream, the waitress tried to get the curve going by saying // it was a bit full // it just ran down left and right.Seriously ::::This is for hidden camera. A bad spectacle.1. When you work in the catering industry or with customers in general, you should be polite and friendly. And please don't come with the answer like 2 other resona........ well the customer also has a bad day / the waiter too D: /Because we customers bring OUR money to you, you can expect something in return.2. No one asked if I liked the starter. No, I heard that I was very satisfied......guys. From then on, my joy in the evening was visibly gone.3. At the time I'm writing this I'm still hungry, 1 out of 3 people really didn't get a main course after the starter.4.Unfortunately, paying 7.20 euros for an overflowing, carelessly prepared ice cream sundae wasn't right and, despite the good taste, was disappointing.5. There is no comment on the seasoned meat. just try it out.6. The fries and the other food were good so far.7. There was once a young waitress there, we were very happy with her or the other older woman....even a bit surprised that people can also be polite there.8. About the hotel itself I can say that it offers a lot of space for celebrations, maintaining a property like this takes time and involves a lot of work.Please renew the menus or at least clean them.Decorating the tables beautifully is more inviting or not.Unfortunately not as found in one picture. Unfortunately, the decoration comes after the guest doesn't work.conclusion:For me it was the last time with you today. I'd rather go somewhere else to eat D:
