Our stay at the pension was perfect. Very beautiful and clean place, spacious rooms, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and the owners very hospitable!! I highly recommend it!

We stayed in the guesthouse for three days and it was great!! The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was great too! Tasty and neat!! And of course the owners are very friendly and helpful!! I can only recommend!!

Incompetent boss!!! What's more, outrageous!I booked 2 nights over the phone.We asked again whether with or without breakfast. The answer I received was: only 2 nights but please without breakfast.. then I said that I wouldn't be there until 8:15 p.m. because I was at work until 8:00 p.m.(for every normal person this is a booking) he asked for my company to cover the costs in writing. This was (demonstrably) sent at 2:30 p.m. In anticipation of a bed, I stood in front of the door at 8:10 p.m. (which remained closed to me)!!! I called the landline 4 times and the cell phone 4 times. - then the cell phone was simply turned off - and that is the height of impudence!!!So now try to get accommodation at 9 p.m.!The next day I called the guesthouse again and asked for clarification. All that came were pointless excuses, which I immediately repeated. And when the boss realized that he wasn't getting very far with excuses... he got louder and louder and didn't let me speak anymore and then simply hung up in a "stupidly cheeky" way! ?So when a grown man acts like a stupid 7 year old snotty boy who doesn't get his chocolate - then it doesn't seem far off! In the end, you can only wish a company like this to go bankrupt. Then fewer people like me will have to stand in front of locked guesthouses at night!!!!
