A very nice place to stay

Well, what can I say, register only via email, pay in advance. It doesn't work by phone at all. WiFi was not (yet) available, even though it says WiFi in the description. Otherwise clean, everything was there. Price is excessive! We didn't use the restaurant.

A bit outdated and in need of renovation

We had a delicious meal there today! Super delicious schnitzel and fried potatoes! The lady in service is very friendly and always keeps an eye on whether anything is needed and quickly supplies you with new drinks! We recommend!

A single room was reserved for me in this hotel from June 21st to 23rd, 2024.For travelers arriving there for the first time, it is not obvious at first glance which entrance leads to the hotel; there is also a larger restaurant in the building. So the first thing I did was go to the restaurant to inquire. I waited at a very large counter, half of which was in semi-darkness. Although I was seen by the staff, but without any reaction, I finally dared to ask whether the hotel was also part of it and whether a room had been reserved for me. "What, you have a room here?" Was the friendly greeting from the boss. I, unprepared for such an exuberant speech, explained who had booked the room and was told "but they're all here already". Well, I had just arrived and I couldn't know who had arrived so far, I replied. But that was probably the wrong answer. This made the boss very angry and the whole thing culminated in him being insulted: what do you think, who you are and not like that. After that I didn't want to continue this form of communication with him and he said to me from the other corner of the counter: "Oh, they don't want to talk to me." Talk??? I didn't want that anymore.Finally, after looking at his documents, it turned out that there was a room for me after all. After a long wait, an employee took me to the room. There I was surprised to see that there was no lid on the toilet. Any utensil that accidentally fell from the sink would inevitably end up in the toilet because of the narrow space.The flushing also worked extremely incorrectly. In the room next door there were 2 skylights that let the sun in mercilessly without any shading.This "hotel" with the completely unprofessional boss is not worth a star. I have never come across something like this in a hotel, not even close to it.

The rooms were small and had little storage space. The bathroom no longer corresponds to today's ideas. For breakfast there were only two rolls for each person. When we asked for an egg, we were told that it was only available on Sundays.

Despite the many bad reviews, we tried out the new operators of the house today and were really pleasantly surprised.The staff has not changed and is still friendly and accommodating.There were four of us and we waited about 30 minutes for our food - so completely normal. The restaurant wasn't packed, but it was still busy.The various dishes were hot, tasty and attractively prepared.We cannot confirm the negative reviews and we would be happy to come back.

The food was very good, service top. The place is clean and well maintained. I can't say anything about the rooms. We'd love to come back.
