A really nice hotel. Rooms and beds are stylish and comfortable. The service is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is rich.Location of the hotel very close to the train station and the old town. Check-in and check-out can be done easily online. We were very satisfied.

I stayed there last year May. Smart tv. I had to change my room three times. Internet was not connected to all the television. There were slippers in some rooms and some not. Some room looked cleaner than the others. Internet was very slow. You do not have a way to access back of television to connect to any cable. One friendly gentlemen at the front desk Nahime.The room space was pleasant, but bathroom.Nowhere to hang robe towel? There is definitely no view other than looking at the other tower of the hotel

Service staff at breakfast were very nice and polite. Breakfast ok. However, the rooms are far too cool and uncomfortable. The most annoying thing was that the locking system didn't work in the middle of the night and you couldn't get into the hotel. The next day it was still defective and it wasn't easy to get into the room. Therefore in total only 2*.

This the worst hotel ever. Don't consider this hotel to be a hotel as they will scam you out with more money. The boss has a very rude mentality.Will never come back to this place.

Great location. 200 meters to the train station and parking garages within walking distance. The online check-in worked great for us and we were able to move into the room straight away.The rooms are new, well equipped and the bathroom is new and everything is very clean.The downside for us was that the bed was too small. Definitely too small for two adults for us.It's a shame that the bottle of water isn't in the room but has to be picked up in the lobby. Totally unnecessary because the online check-in is so flexible.We find the breakfast completely sufficient with a selection of sausage and cheese, jam and yoghurt, and individual mueslis. Scrambled eggs can be ordered with it.

Modern hotel with nice rooms. Kitchen in it...unfortunately no private parking, so you have to pay 12.50 for parking every day.

Really great hotel. Everything looks chic, you have a small kitchenette in the room and you get free sparkling water. BUT as soon as there are problems (door code, etc.) you are on your own

New hotel, located right in the center, normal-sized refrigerator in the room, small kitchen in the room, simple breakfast, direct access to the parking garage from the 2xx and 3xx floors, relatively easy online registration, gladly again.

Check-in was super easy and, above all, it saved time that you could check in online and then receive your room number with the access pin. This meant you could go straight to your room after your arrival. The room itself was spacious and I was pleasantly surprised that there was a small kitchenette with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was also very positive. I will gladly come again.

Rooms are new, clean and quiet. Location is great, access from the parking garage is very convenient. However, I was at the door after 10 p.m. because the code didn't work. But it was solved quickly.

This is my first Google review ever! But I would like to urge you never to book this hotel! Unfriendliness and incompetence are very important here! Some of the staff can neither speak German nor English, are completely overwhelmed and 0.0 solution-oriented - at breakfast there are no more rolls 1.5 hours before the end, the cold cuts are thawed and taste terrible. When we came back in the evening the code no longer worked, we called the attached hotline: communication was poor due to a lack of language skills on the hotline! The employee wasn't interested in a solution, just made excuses and was a very talented liar! The promised help never came, no employee came, not after 20, 30, 45 promised minutes - never! We were only able to get in when guests came out after more than an hour. There have already been 7 outside so far! Affected guests! A lady had to ring the doorbell at a house across the street because she had to go to the toilet.This “hotel” is definitely to be avoided and will soon be history anyway, as this experience is the rule and not the exception.

Hotel with online check in. Digital access. We stood at the door late in the evening and didn't come in at first. We found it tiring. Hardly any good mornings in the morning. Service was rather bad-tempered. “You can print out the invoice digitally” I think it’s too expensive for €135

Purely digital check-in WITHOUT staff // 137€ including breakfast far too expensive for what it is // Air conditioning too loud // Air conditioning and refrigerator make noises despite "offline" mode // Breakfast rudimentary and only baked goods - Coffee from vending machines with milk powder that is way too sweet - not worth €17 // It's great that it's in a climate-friendly district - but if the building is too well insulated, heat builds up in the room at 20 degrees and the air conditioning only increases the temperature can decrease by 3 degrees + the proximity to the train station does not allow the windows to be opened, then it is quite uncomfortable to sleep
