Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces at the hotel or in the surrounding area (less than 100 meters). Small TV, location not far from the city center.

The staff reserved a double room and a single room for a family with two children. After we realized that we didn't have enough beds (you should expect that you get 4 beds when two adults and two children check in) we were able to rebook to a family room with 4 beds, which was cheaper. In the end, we left early on the first evening because of an overall bad impression of the hotel and still had to pay for the more expensive double and single room that we hadn't checked into. Several attempts to resolve the matter satisfactorily for both sides were also rejected. Service and friendliness poor. In the end we paid around €180 for nothing. At least the difference between the two rooms should have been paid back.The overall impression is of a poorly managed hostel-level hotel with no parking spaces.

We were very happy that we had the opportunity to visit this hotel. Friends of ours have booked here and we are thrilled with the room and everything that goes with it. Very nice and very clean, is actually a nice and quiet place, special address. Because I didn't spend the night here, I don't allow myself to show photos of the room and bathroom. Reception staff is very friendly and nice, we are positively surprised.

Very friendly patient staff. The hotel offers a lockable bicycle room. It is located directly on the Neckar, which you can hear rushing without being particularly disturbing. There is a wonderful beer garden nearby. The breakfast was decent and sufficient. If it hadn't been too cold, we could have had breakfast on a platform above the Neckar.

The name is program! The house is designed from top to bottom with sustainable aspects in mind. At first glance it doesn't seem hip and modern, but at second glance you ask yourself why not all hotels, restaurants, public buildings etc. are designed according to these aspects!? First of all, our eBikes have a place with a socket for charging. Our room was spacious, equipped with everything you need, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was barrier-free and big as a dance hall. The rich, fresh and alternative breakfast buffet is visually pleasing and lets you start the day happily. The central location makes it possible to walk to Esslingen's beautiful city center. We felt very comfortable!

We had a good night's sleep from Saturday to Sunday.The area is very busy, so ventilate well beforehand. The windows are soundproof and the room is quiet and the beds are good.The shower cubicle was partly broken.Price performance top, great breakfast.Very friendly and helpful reception.Gladly again ....

My recent stay at the Hotel ECOIN was entirely positive. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the city center, making it perfect for business travelers and city explorers. The staff gave me a warm welcome and my room was surprisingly large and very quiet despite the central location. While the room furnishings were functional and showed minor signs of wear, the cleanliness and care were exemplary. The WiFi was available, but a bit slow. The breakfast buffet offered a solid selection and was served in a pleasant atmosphere. Although the hotel is not the most modern, it impresses with its charm and excellent value for money. I can definitely recommend the Hotel ECOIN for short stays in Esslingen.

Great in relation to the price/performance ratio! Very central location, good breakfast and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom was unfortunately very narrow, at least you couldn't fall over in there ;) A general drawback that doesn't directly affect the hotel is the poor development of the infrastructure for electric cars in Esslingen, which becomes a gamble because there's something in there To find something close, a business idea would be to create charging spaces here specifically for hotel guests...

Modern hotel in an old look.The room I lived in was modern and functionally furnished.The view all around, on the one hand, of the weir and the inlet of the water for its own power supply and around the corner (90°) of the waterfall, the fish ladder and the small park behind the canal.Parking is available in an underground car park about 150 meters away.For €12.50 overnight you get a good, dry parking space.You can drive to the hotel to unload/unload, but you should not park the vehicle for too long.Various information is missing at breakfast. Especially in the case of mueslis with nuts and these themselves, there is no evidence of the presence of peanuts, for example, which are known to trigger allergies.It's also a shame that the prepared Bircher muesli is only available with animal milk.The vegetarian/vegan offering is relatively meager overall.On the other hand, the staff at breakfast are very helpful and are keen to help if possible.

What allergy sufferers will be happy about is the lack of a carpet. The room was very clean.I was very satisfied with the selection and quality of the breakfast. If you don't take a napkin, it's possible to have a very low-waste breakfast here.There is free WiFi. It worked perfectly with the laptop. I had reception problems with the smartphone. This may be due to my smartphone.The hotel attaches particular importance to ecological, low-waste and low-pollutant facilities. The ingredients and items should come from organic or regional cultivation. The towels were made of organic cotton and fairly traded.I deducted one star because of the noise in my room. Even with the windows closed, every car approaching and noisy fellow citizens could be heard so loudly that it woke me up several times. The same applies to the insulation towards the hallway. It may be worth booking a room facing the river if one is available.

The location is quite good for the old town. It's still loud for a long time in the evening. At night the small river bubbles, which is again pleasant.The breakfast is also pretty good. The filter coffee didn't taste good at all. The coffee from the machine (or other drinks) was very good.I only had to deal with trainees. Which is OK in principle, but an expert should be nearby if questions arise. In my case it was about the invoice that was already ready online and just needed to be printed out. I don't blame the trainee. It needs to be organized better/differently. Maybe I'm doing the staff an injustice and the colleague was busy doing something else for another guest.Nevertheless, I will definitely come back. I've always had good experiences.
