We enjoyed the waffle with ice cream and cherries and coffee here. The waffles seemed to be either a frozen product or some kind of finished product. So unfortunately it wasn't very tasty.Neither the cherries nor the ice cream could noticeably improve this.

We went here for dinner - it was fantastic. Nice ambience (good middle-class/modern), nice staff, good wine and an outstanding roast beef! Price performance absolutely top, gladly again! We would definitely stay here again next time we stay

Great holiday apartment, generously proportioned; excellent regional cuisine, very friendly staff. The country hotel is located in the middle of a beautiful hiking area. The Eifelhotel Fuchs is highly recommended.The new rooms are wonderful, the kitchen is very (!) good as always. Mrs. and Mr. Fuchs run the beautiful hotel with thoughtful friendliness.Always highly recommended.

I spent 4 nights in one of the newer double rooms. The hotel stood out for me especially because of its quiet location, the friendly staff, the good food/breakfast and the great room. I can highly recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

I just have to share my impressions at this point. We were there for our anniversary and wanted to enjoy a nice break. This is possible here without any ifs and buts. My expectations were even exceeded. The service is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The dinner was exorbitantly delicious and rich. All you can say about the breakfast is: "Super rich and highly recommended." We'll definitely be back!!!LgSt. OttP.S.The rooms are a blast

I can't rate the rooms because we only drank coffee there.The cake was very tasty and so was the ice cream.Both were homemade...We will come back.Because we actually wanted to eat, but unfortunately the kitchen was on break. (which is also very important).Otherwise we wouldn't have tried the above 😅😅

I live nearby so I can't say anything about the rooms. The restaurant, however, is worthy of all respect. Fresh regional products, deliciously prepared at a fair price. And kindness is HUGE.
