We accept the constructive criticism and admit that the start-up was perhaps a little more difficult because of the oven etc. but I have to say that we have not changed anything in terms of the quality of the products. Only good quality products are offered to provide the best to our customers. Maybe we couldn't please everyone, but our regular customers who come almost every day never have anything to complain about. We try to minimize waiting times as much as possible, but this is not always possible when there are many orders at once, like in any other restaurant. I can only apologize again for any misunderstandings and hope that the high quality will continue to be appreciated and thank you again for the constructive criticism!

Wanted to place an order on the site. It didn't work because the minimum order value was 50 euros. I wasn't believed. But the page said 25 euros. Then I called and announced the order over the phone. Unfortunately, no one in this restaurant speaks German. So of course the wrong order arrived. After a long back and forth on the phone, which was also quite rude, I refused to accept the food. If you want to run a restaurant you shouldyou can speak some German. I will never order from this store again. And the kebab is really disgusting too.Anyone who orders there needs strong nerves and a vomit bucket.Never again

Incredibly courteous and nice staff...the pizzas (especially the party pizzas) are very tasty and large, the kebab meat dishes are powerful and tasty. There are some delicious dishes for my wife, who is a vegetarian. A little tip: she always raves about the falafel doner 😅

I stopped by after the reopening and there was hardly any change to the recipe. I still find it just as delicious as before and can still recommend it! Plus friendly staff and even free shorts on Halloween! It happens that there can sometimes be a longer waiting time, as is the case in every restaurant these days. It's not fast food like McDonald's but is freshly prepared. And if there is a longer waiting time you will hear more than one apology!Conclusion: Highly recommended!🍕🥙🍝😋😋😋😋

We ordered twice after the reopening because we thought the first time, it could happen.The fact is, it's a waste of money.Doner kebab without kebab meat and no sauce. You have to look for the pizzas in the box. Price performance not justified. What a shame!But that won't work.

Absolutely underground since it reopened. The quality of the pizzas varies so much that it's hard to believe. We were terribly disappointed once again today. This time the pizzas were so subpar that we brought them back.It's a real shame that the old operators didn't continue. The food there was really top class. Now, since the new ones took over, it's almost a disgrace what's being served over the counter. You also hear absolutely nothing good about the current quality of the kebabs.Tip. If you are not able to deliver reasonable and consistently good quality, then don't do it. Because the way you're running the store now won't work anymore.

Hello,Stopped by again after the reopening.Conclusion:Pizzas good to very good.Unfortunately, doner kebab is not recommended at all. No structure at all! Simply loveless!A bit of sauce slapped on the bottom, minimal meat & just salad on top.I don't know why it's so difficult to properly top a kebab. With just a little effort, it should be possible? If the products are of the highest standard, but the preparation is still below average, the image building will unfortunately not work.With that in mind, Petri Heil
