We were at the youth hostel over Pentecost with a large group (just over 100 children and a corresponding number of carers) and we were all absolutely thrilled. So apart from the phenomenal location (directly on the Bibertal with water playground, outdoor pool, great hiking trails, playground right next to the house..), the service and the rooms were really top notch! None of the boys and girls who rocked everything there ever had anything left for us other than a sweet smile, willingness to help and kind words. I haven't seen such a highly motivated and well-coordinated team in a youth hostel for a long time - quite clear recommendation! The food was delicious and above all fresh! Maybe a little under-seasoned every now and then - but 1. it should be suitable, especially for the children and 2. you can always add more seasoning, salt and pepper were always freely available. The rooms and the sanitary facilities were clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and would happily come back again and again. Once again, a big thank you to the whole team, you are great! :)

We were at the Rüthen youth hostel over Pentecost with a large event of around 160 people.The youth hostel staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no problem that wasn't solved quickly and easily. There was always a contact person present if there were questions. Our team felt very comfortable in the youth hostel because the staff gave you a warm welcome. The preparations were also good, together we were able to plan our event optimally and the employees on site relieved us of a lot of work by getting involved in the planning. Setting up a marquee was easy because the youth hostel management was present! Thank you for this great collaborationThe food was very tasty. There was something for all the children and everyone enjoyed it. It is particularly worth mentioning that any allergies and intolerances have been taken into account. Gluten, lactose, nut, pepper, tomato intolerances, no problem! The vegetarian selection that was available at every meal was very tasty and few substitute products were used. A good kitchen!The rooms and other rooms were very clean. During the event, cleaning was carried out regularly, toilet paper was replenished and much more.The area offers a lot to children and young people. The playground and meadows invite children to go out into nature. The opportunity to sleep in the tipis was particularly an unforgettable experience for the participants. Despite the rain, everyone stayed dry and enjoyed the nights in the tepee.We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Rüthen Youth Hostel!

Very nice facility, top rooms, everything renovated and as good as new, modern and very clean, super nice staff, the food was fresh, delicious and prepared in our own kitchen and the whole thing in a beautiful environment can only be recommended

We were there with a youth group for two weekends. The youth hostel team is very friendly, accommodating and was always available to answer any questions. The youth hostel is very inviting, newly renovated and very clean, the area right next to the forest is very beautiful and relaxing. The food is 1A top! We had a lot of fun with the kitchen team and felt very comfortable overall. It should be emphasized that all vegan/vegetarian dishes are labeled as such and there is a lot to choose from. A really nice youth hostel and extremely nice staff.Everything was newly renovated and clean, although I can only say this for the comfort rooms/family rooms with their own bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool can be reached in 2 minutes.All the play equipment around the hostel looks very new.However, the walk into the city is quite long.

Friendliness, professionalism and family atmosphere. I was only there alone for one night, but it was really great. The peace... Perfect for relaxing, the breakfast was so delicious, the little family was so nice and professional, you can tell that they not only know the word service, but have internalized it. I will come again!

Clean house in direct proximity to the forest and outdoor pool. We felt very comfortable here. A paradise especially for mountain bikers.
