The hotel is visually very attractively decorated. The staff helpful and polite. Relaxed parking situation. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately we couldn't test the Spanish region due to lack of time. The hotel actually deserves 5 stars. BUT. The lighting in the rooms is too dark. You can't read a book or documents. The bathroom looks great, but coupling the light with a motion detector is unique. Then the toilet roll holder is attached so that you can tear it off when using the toilet. Who is planning a socket that is covered by the sliding bathroom door when opened? If there is a plug in it, it will be shaved off. Did an apprentice take over the bathroom planning here?

The hotel is very nice. The room was also completely sufficient, each with a balcony, but there is one star less because there was no minibar. The spa area was also beautiful. The massages were also good for relaxing. The ladies there could But be a little friendlier. It's a shame that you can only have breakfast there. However, there are very good restaurants about 800 m away not far away. All in all, I was very satisfied

This is the nicest hotel I've been in for a long time. Everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated, comfortable seating in every corner, including outside. This hotel was not simply furnished, but lovingly furnished. Everything is 1a clean and tidy. The rooms - I had a junior suite - are generously sized. The rain shower was great, as was the balcony. The wellness area is great. Here too, every detail was paid attention to. Only the pool is a little too cold for wellness. I can highly recommend the hotel. The addition “budget” should be removed, it is misleading. Nothing is budget here. We didn't have breakfast, there is a great bakery and a Rewe in town. The spa park and some great restaurants are within walking distance. Parking spaces are free and sufficient. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The massage we booked was fantastic

For me a perfect place to relax for a few days. The spa and wellness area is very tastefully decorated, the breakfast offers a lot of choice, the employees are very friendly, the location is quiet yet central and the place is clear and charming. Absolute recommendation and I would come back at any time.

Hotel is great, but it's starting to get old. It's just small things, e.g. the rubber lip on the shower door is dark, the silicone seal in the bathroom is porous, the wallpaper is coming off). So complaining at a high level. The service was courteous and friendly. Spacious wellness area with a wide range of saunas. Unfortunately not enough comfortable loungers. Lying on the Rattan Islands is anything but comfortable. Breakfast is awesome 👌🏼👍 with a lot of choice. So, I can recommend everything, we had a great time.

Close to the guest... very professional and, above all, flexible support in the wellness area (massages) inspires me every time I visit. Thanks to the treatment, my pain is a thing of the past. Customer needs are specifically addressed here, which I consider to be a real service that is unfortunately no longer available these days. It's 5 stars from me. Keep it up.....

Unfortunately I can't rate it via booking, so here it is.The hotel is very nice and is only a few steps away from the spa park and the thermal baths.The room was small but nice and completely sufficient.The balcony was an asset during our stay. The bathroom is large enough, and a person with a normal figure has enough space in the shower. Unfortunately, the motion detector in the bathroom is set so that the light goes off when you shower. The beds are comfortable and not sagging. The closet is big enough for two people for a few days.Everything was very clean. The sauna is clean and attractively furnished, but the pool was too cold for us, so we didn't want to stay in the water for more than 10 minutes.The friendly service is outstanding, you always have a contact person and cold drinks are provided free of charge, both in your room and to take away outside. Check in and out was quick and very accommodating.We even received a small gift when we checked out.We recommend the hotel wholeheartedly and will visit it again.Parking opportunities directly at the house.Simply great.Thank you and best regards to the hotel teamTanja and Winie Garske from Dortmund

Quietly located and very nicely furnished hotel. It's very big and really tasteful. The SPA & wellness area is particularly beautiful. Unfortunately only open until 9 p.m. (also on weekends). The pool water is far too cold 🥶-please fix it, as it has already been complained about several times! Motion detectors in the bathroom are not a good idea. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the variety was hard to beat. There is a separate room in the underground car park for cyclists! Overall we were very satisfied with the stay.Another small note on several negative reviews regarding air conditioning: I can't think of how one could rate the lack of air conditioning negatively. This is something you check when booking! and not afterwards. Pathetic in my opinion😡!

Unfortunately, the pool is very cold (26°C). There is plenty of water to drink for free everywhere. There is a gym and saunas that are available during the week upon request. Rest all good.

Very nicely located and really quiet. The rooms are chic and well-equipped. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning. The motion detector in the bathroom also defied my logic. The food was fantastic and the staff very friendly. I had a good time.

Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms - unfortunately without ventilation or air conditioning. We like to come back outside of the summer when we are in the area. The breakfast, which was reasonably priced at around 15 euros per person, was also very tasty and of good quality.
