The accommodation is very nice and is very secluded. Sleeping is the biggest drawback of the accommodation. The bedrooms are equipped with white pleated blinds. Darkening the rooms hardly works at all. Above the windows are gutters with nesting birds. The birds start their activity at 5 a.m., which doesn't exactly promote restful sleep. The beds are OK, if you like it hard. However, the pillows are a disaster.

Unscrupulous, unfriendly landlady who canceled our fixed booking to get more money.Hands off, you don't book a vacation with people like that!!!What Ms. Freitag did for us is absolutely impossible. I booked a holiday apartment from her through traum-ferienwohnungen and received the confirmation. In an email I asked what additional costs would be added and where I should transfer the money. Ms. Freitag wrote that the final cleaning costs €60 and an optional €15/person for bed linen and towels. I replied that I was confused because on your homepage it says that bed linen and towels are included. She wrote that you can save on final cleaning and bed linen on dream holiday apartments and that it is therefore cheaper. In my last email to her I asked if we could do the final cleaning ourselves and what needed to be cleaned.After all, I have to know the amount that I have to transfer.There was no response to this email.But on your part a cancellation of my booking.I then called Mrs Freitag and she said that I hadn't made the transfer yet, that she had received another request for this period and that she had now given our holiday apartment to these guests. I tell Ms. Freitag that it doesn't work that way, because after all, I have to know how much I have to transfer. She then simply hung up on the phone.I saw in the occupancy plan that these guests were staying 5 days longer than we wanted.Absolutely unscrupulous, unfriendly woman.First, don't send any bank details and then cancel a fixed booking because there's a little more money due to a longer stay from other guests.This is such a disgrace.

For me it is very impersonal. €60 is charged for cleaning. In return I expect a clean apartment. When we arrived, all of the previous dirt was still there. Coffee stains in the sink, toothbrush cup full of toothpaste, soap residue in the shower (wall, drain). The oven, toaster, kettle and roaster were so dirty that we didn't use them. Coffee machine was first descaled and cleaned. Layer of dust on wallboard. No apology, no coming when my husband asked. Appearances are deceiving. I looked after holiday apartments myself. There should be no superficial cleanliness, especially in the guest area. The couch has also seen better days and has collected a lot of dust. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right
