A beautiful, rustic, cozy restaurant, about 7 km from Schwaan. The food was very good and tasted great. Balkan style chicken. I can't say anything about the hotel.

The food wasn't bad, but unfortunately the hygiene in the toilets was poor! Cobwebs, dead flies and spiders don't exactly indicate cleanliness. Even if you don't clean for a few days, it won't look like that. So please be more clean!

Unfortunately very unpleasant.There is an unpleasant smell. The carpet is visibly uncomfortable. Dusty cobwebs and small spiders hang around behind the doors and in the corners of the rooms. The sofa has stains.The shower is full of mold and leaking, the fan in the bathroom is not only useless but also loud and obviously rotten.The WLAN has full range, but there is still no speed.The breakfast is basically okay. I was the first at the breakfast buffet for two days, but the crumbs on the buffet table from the day before were still waiting for me.All in all a very unpleasant stay.

There was vegan food, which surprised us positively. Even if it's not a culinary specialty... But for us it was a little vacation trip. It's a shame that the restaurant is only open on weekends. The prices are also very reasonable. So in the summer on the terrace.. maybe at the summer cinema.. It's worth a trip, especially since Lake Hohensprenz is right next to it and invites you to swim .

I celebrated my 60th birthday here. The house does what it promises - an old manor house with charm - cozy and functionally furnished, clean rooms, a rustic guest room, in an adjoining room we could dance until the night. The food was delicious, we ordered the buffet. Lovingly set coffee table, we were allowed to bring our own cake, but it is also baked there. The staff was friendly, but Northern German reserved, you have to know that. Breakfast was very generous and there was something for everyone. We felt very comfortable and it was a completely successful party. I can only recommend it and say thank you.

Went there recently after being on the water with the SUP.Everything is a bit old, but the hosts make the best of it. Nice and quiet atmosphere, not fancy. Food excellent even if there is only a “small selection”. Service is taciturn, but friendly and accommodating; special requests are catered for.We'll be back next paddling season!

To be honest, I was very disappointed. I had already booked the stay for myself and my family in March. It was my 60th birthday. The staff seemed very disgruntled and there wasn't even a birthday table set. Everything seemed very unprepared. I was very disappointed and if my family hadn't supported me, I would have left. At least the food was good and the beds in the rooms. So everyone slept well. With the best will in the world, I cannot recommend this house.

Rooms need to be renovated. Unfortunately there was also mold in the shower (apartment 1). Staff friendly. Food good.

With a relaxed and very friendly welcome, a wonderful and relaxing time began on the terrace and of course with an excellent meal. Fresh and hot and crunchy. Very very good 👍. Thank you for the lovely evening.
