We had a really great school trip here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the creative and sports day there, as well as a trip to the Neustrelitz Zoo organized by AWO Sano Dambeck.The kids are accommodated in terraced houses with a small kitchen, a dining table and a television and therefore have plenty of space. The forest playground, the footbridges and the option to book canoe tours as well as the great food convinced us. I'll definitely be back!

Good morning.I was here with my class in June and I have to say that it is really nice here. The food is good with the breakfast and evening package. 👍🏻In addition, the rooms were very tidy, with safes, WiFi and TV etc.🙃 Unfortunately the couch wasn't the best, every time I wanted to lie down on it it slipped forward because it's a fold-out couch, so to speak. The patio door wasn't the tightest either. Above all, there was a class that couldn't behave. It would be an idea to clarify the night's sleep again. :)I also thought the jetty for swimming was great. Equipped with canoes and stand-up paddleboards. 👍🏻Of course, I thought it was really great that there was a volleyball field and a soccer field.Just don't forget to take mosquito spray with you.☝🏻 The critters are crazy. The food is good too.Yeah, otherwise it's really great there!

Very family friendly, requests are met without any problems, simple but delicious food for the evening. Worth a trip for families looking for nature and peace! Always happy to come back :)

The only thing that prevented the full stars was the very limited facilities in the shared kitchen. Otherwise everything was great. It is an Awo Sana family hotel, you have to be aware of that. This means that it is not a relax-wellness hotel, but it is still very nice to find peace and quiet as it is located on a very beautiful, quiet lake. Ideal as a starting point for hikes and bike tours.

Walking through the forest is like a war. All the mosquitoes in Germany were there.When we arrived the rooms weren't ready and we had to wait forever

Simply fantastic. Nature with a relaxation factor of 10/10. Excursions by canoe, kayak or short rowing boat. Great restaurants for lunch or warm food for the evening, guaranteed something for everyone 😋Cozy rooms with good facilities, either rooms in houses, in the manor house or in the warehouse. Lots of options on site. Hikes with swimming tours and paddling tours are highly recommended. We will definitely come back and have been here many times. Clear recommendation with a fully deserved 5+ stars out of five. The staff is attentive and THANK YOU for that ☀️I almost forgot: The children and youth program is a nice addition and helps people get to know each other and is a lot of fun.

Hello.The employees all try very hard and are extremely friendly.The grounds are very rustic with lots of playgrounds, perfect for families.The rooms are or seem new. It is the café and restaurant.We had a very nice stay.

The rooms are functionally equipped. No luxury.The food is tasty. We missed brown bread and vegetables. Occasionally a melon that was no longer suitable for consumption came onto the buffet.Childcare was often shortened or it didn't take place as planned.Wifi is slower than 4G mobile communications. Streaming impossible.

Amazingly beautiful in the middle of nowhere. An old estate. Renovated, not lovingly everywhere, but still nice overall. A nice place to work or vacation.

We spent a week at the family holiday resort in Dambeck over Christmas. The child care and food were very good and the surroundings are simply idyllic. We had a wonderful holiday and were completely satisfied. The apartments were spacious, clean and well-equipped. This is an ideal place for families to relax.

Really good for relaxing and relaxing. Super friendly staff. Unfortunately, the shops are difficult to reach on foot, but otherwise everything is ok.

The terraced houses are rather small, but equipped with everything you need. A dining table for adults and children, a kitchenette, a TV corner (couch), own toilet / bathroom, terrace and two bedrooms. The rooms are clean.The employees are friendly. The holiday offerings for children are sufficient. There are activities for every age group. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied and plentiful. But the location is very remote.

Food is good and the stay is pleasant. There are only a few offers for children and drinks for smaller children are only available in the morning for breakfast.Offering a 3-4 year old child carbonated drinks is not possible.Juices are almost non-existent and always empty.17 channels on a TV is really bad.Otherwise well maintained and the area is pure peace and quiet. Megaaa to switch offMaybe we'll come back in the summer to check out what it's like here

A very nice and child-friendly hotel where you can really find peace.My children enjoyed the playgrounds a lot. The rooms were fairly newly renovated and well equipped.The food was tasty and special food requirements were easily addressed.Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful and my children particularly enjoyed the childcare.But you definitely have to think about mosquito repellent, the animals are of course very common thanks to the great location on the lake
