We were there on October 9th, 2024, the hotel was booked through booking.com.the hotel was empty, the lights were all off and the door was locked. When we called, a gentleman answered the phone and told us that he would entertain us and that guests might come later. He would also serve us breakfast the next morning, but we didn't feel like staying in a hotel where there was mold and mildew there are no guests except us.When I look at the reviews from Google and those from Booking.com, I am increasingly of the opinion that you can buy good reviews.But you have to give it to him, the gentleman was very friendly!

We were there by motorcycle from August 2nd to August 4th, 2024.The rooms were clean and the bed was clean and comfortable, the mattresses on the bed were good and not worn out.The Müller family were very friendly and helpful.For eating in the house:Here the boss still cooks himself!!!A small but fine menu with something for everyone.The breakfast is good: bread, rolls, sausage, eggs. There is something for every taste.We were able to park our motorcycle under cover.Conclusion:If you're looking for a simple, non-fancy place to stay as a motorcyclist, you're in good hands there.A small motorcyclist friendly inn with friendly innkeeper people.On the next group tour we will look for this as a base to start tours in the Odenwald.

Old style but great price/performance ratio.Very clean. Large rooms.The boss cooks himself. Very good cuisine and the breakfast is sensational.Here you can tell that people still cook with their own standards🙏👍🇨🇭Thank you

I felt very comfortable there. Price/performance ratio absolutely fine. Very nice hosts. The room was simply furnished and very clean. Great breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant is no longer open during the week. It's so sad how the catering industry is gradually disappearing. We should all support them much more.
