Everything was great as always. We've been there for the 5th time in October. Everything was clean and very nice and nice entertainers who tried very hard to do great things with the children. The high ropes course is a great highlight and the whole facility Simply super spacious, beautiful and clean. The sauna with a view of the lake is worth a visit. Fantastically beautiful with the very nice Wolfgang, who prepared us nice infusions and entertained us well. Thank you.

Very clean place. Reception professional and staff friendly. Sanitary very modern and clean. The space is fully utilized economically down to the last corner and offers various offers. Ideal for families with children. More suitable for those seeking peace and quiet in the off-season. Alternatively, "Haveltourist" offers some smaller and quieter places in the accessible area.

A campsite that combines a wide variety of advantages. From simple camping to a house with a private bathroom, there is a profile for all requirements. In addition to the table tennis table, climbing forest and boat rental, there are a number of leisure activities available. An adventurous place.

Were here in mid-October and have to say it was very nicely located right on a swimming lake. At reception I didn't like the fact that you were given a list of free parking spaces and told to choose one. When you're here for the first time, you're a little used to it. Otherwise, new and very nice sanitary facilities. Large showers with a sink, a bench and plenty of hooks in the cabin. Toilet' with own sink and good size.Pitches in different sizes and locations. Some are a bit uneven, but this can be easily bridged with a driveway wedge. We'll be back

Beautiful campsite, with rental caravans, chalets and small holiday homesBeautifully located on Lake Wolbritz. With a swimming pond and several playgrounds. In the middle of nature.Some pitches with hedges.Cool children's program also for children aged 10 or older.Active program and evening program for the whole family.

Our favorite place and we travel all over Europe! In Germany we have only found a few places where we feel so comfortable! Great entertainment, great washhouses (the brand new one is awesome!) Sauna, climbing park, playground, 2 snack bars, small supermarket, restaurant and a fitness room with a great view of the lake! There is a small swimming pond in the back area and a section of beach in the front area where you can rent canoes if you walk a little further! We only have one thing that always bothers us a little, booking is only possible online! No one has been able to reach us on the phone yet! Especially when making inquiries, redeeming discount cards etc., it is often very complicated and can only be done on site! The reception is always fully staffed upon arrival. Then why doesn’t anyone answer the phone or answer emails promptly? Please see why this doesn't work for you. Otherwise a great place, we are happy to recommend it and are otherwise always very satisfied!

Natural campsite a little out of the way but nice on the lake. The bathrooms/showers/toilets are great; few staff, no (good) instruction, poor signs to the parking space; the gastronomy is delicious.

This campsite is ideal for relaxing! In contrast to other campsites, the sanitary facilities really deserve their 5 stars. The location is right on the lake and you can also go fishing. The pitches are very clean and offer enough space for camping. Price-performance ratio perfect. If you forget to buy something, the small shopping area offers everything you need. Rolls are freshly baked. It also has to be said that we went at the end of September.

From the tent meadow you have a great view of the water, but that's about it. The tents are close together. It is extremely far to get to the toilets and washrooms and you have to climb an extremely steep hill. That's why men prefer to pee in the bushes at night. This could be solved better by, for example, setting up a simple toilet container for the tenters. There is also no water point or electricity on the tent meadow. What was positive, however, was that we were able to safely charge our e-bike batteries overnight in reception. OK for one night

No one has responded to my emails or calls for weeks. It seems as if their reception is virtually non-existent. We needed some information before we arrived but we couldn't get it since no one responded.After the visit, someone in my group forgot his electric toothbrush, which was quite expensive. Despite multiple attempts, no one has returned our calls or emails to confirm whether the toothbrush was found.For weeks, nobody has been answering my emails or calls. It seems their reception is almost nonexistent. We needed some information before we arrived, but we couldn't obtain it because nobody was responding.Afterward, someone in my group forgot his electronic toothbrush, which was quite expensive. Despite multiple attempts, nobody would answer our calls or emails to confirm if the toothbrush had been found.

4 years ago, gladly 4 stars, for the campsite.However, this year 2024, absolute disaster! as far as the service regarding booking and reception is concerned.The booking on site (2023, for 2024) at reception went smoothly, but everything else via email was a disaster. No one could be reached by phone or email, whether during the week or at the weekend. Even answering machine messages were ignored! Among other things, urgent requests, such as changing a license plate number, were ignored.Because a license plate changed, we obviously had to change it. But no, with an extra €10 on site we had to pay a fee, even though only one license plate had changed.The advertised app, where you can register and send messages, is also punished with complete disregard. Organizationally absolutely disappointing.And last but not least, we also received a house that we hadn't booked. We received a firm commitment from the campsite in writing, but no information about a change.Never again.

It was a dream house on a campsite 😍 On a small slope. Never had such a great house on a campsite. The interior appeared new. Terrace with table, chairs and 2 loungers, cushions available. No plastic. View of trees from the terrace. Sun for breakfast.We were there in mid-September and for us it was a very large campsite. It takes 20 minutes to get bread rolls. Many had bicycles. The place is beautifully located on Lake Woblitz. Certainly full in the high season. Forest ropes course and much more. more. The sanitary facilities for campers impressed us, they were so clean and large, there were children's bathrooms, family bathrooms, dishwashers, etc.It's about 8 km to Wesenberg where you can do a larger purchase at Netto. For small purchases and bread rolls we used the shop on the square.We used our accommodation as a starting point for excursions, for example to Waren on the Mürritz or to Zierker See, etc.Since we hadn't had a campsite for a long time where you couldn't drive out or in during the lunch break and it was so big, it was unusual for us. Of course, you could have parked your car at reception beforehand and then walked the 25 minutes to the house.At the small campsites there was also a parking space right at the exit, such as on Rügen, but we didn't have to walk 5 minutes to the holiday home.A small note the curtains on the windows looked nice, but didn't provide any darkness. Maybe a bit disturbing for late risers.
