On July 29th, 2023 we celebrated our children's wedding at the Burggasthof. It was a beautiful day and the location is fantastic. Thanks to Sandra and Gunnar. At a wedding celebration in the Alte Münze you will receive really top care, including extremely delicious catering. What was particularly special was the team's flexibility, which made setting up and dismantling for the celebrations so much easier.

We were able to celebrate our dream wedding on July 14th, 2023 at Stargard Castle and in the Burggasthof. Gunnar and Sandra gave us a great feeling right from the start and made us so happy with their commitment. The rooms, the food, the service etc… Everything was perfect. We celebrated our wedding here at the beginning of July 2023.We consciously chose this location because we could get married, celebrate and also spend the night on the castle grounds. This was a blessing, especially for our older guests.Sandra and Gunnar were always there for us during the planning and implementation.The evening buffet was available in sufficient quantities and was absolutely recommended in terms of taste.Our expectations were also met when it came to drinks. We were offered a wide selection of long drinks.The service was very good and all concerns were dealt with professionally.We and our guests look back on a wonderful afternoon/evening that was perfect for us and would like to recommend this location to other bridal couples!Thanks!!! :-)Kind regards Tina & Steve

In the low season (weekdays) there is not much choice of food, which is very understandable. Service was top. Other guests' dogs were allowed in and were also provided with water. ☺️

Nice staff, the location is beautifully medieval, the selection of drinks and spirits is well laid out and has sufficient basic equipment. Unfortunately, as a buffet, the food quickly became lukewarm, there was a lot of meat and few alternatives.Otherwise, the Wi-Fi on site, as it is known in rural Germany, is not very fast, but it is sufficient for basic services. Unfortunately, the arrangements were complicated, it was almost impossible to reach us by telephone and the organization of several events was not well coordinated.Recommended for a short visit and a meal.
