The bathroom is very nice!It's a shame that the nicest employees aren't retained (young man at the bathroom registration desk) an absolute asset for all guests...It's rare to find someone like him here.It's a shame that the sauna towels are always out..., 4 stars no towel?Saturday none Sunday oh what luck there is one.Tuesday only 1 for 2 people 😅Dear Weissenhaus teamHold on to good employees.Everyone should get a towel

We would have been happy to come here because, according to the information, there are only two-bed rooms, but there are four of us in our family or not at all, especially on vacation, and an extra bed or the children in their parents' bed is not possible for fire safety reasons, so we decided " checked in next door

We had a fantastic stay at the beach hotel on Weissenhäuser Strand. This hotel is particularly ideal for families with children as it offers various programs depending on the weather. The subtropical bathing paradise and the Tobeland are both within walking distance and offer lots of fun.The hotel itself is older, but has been nicely modernized inside. The dune pool in the annex building, which is connected to the main building, makes a solid and inviting impression. We were able to relax wonderfully with the whirlpool and three other pools. It wasn't overcrowded and we always found a lounger. The fitness area is well equipped, although the dumbbell area is a bit small. The equipment is new and in good condition, which made the training enjoyable.We enjoyed breakfast and dinner (half board) in the Strandrose restaurant. The selection at the buffet was okay and the dishes were well prepared. Breakfast offered fresh juices, omelettes, various cereals and fruits. The children had fresh pancakes from the pancake machine. Service could be a bit more attentive, especially when it came to coffee refills, but overall it was okay. Right next to the restaurant there is a play area where the children could play after dinner and get to know other children.We were lucky to find a parking space right in front of the hotel, but there are also plenty of parking options nearby. Between the beach hotel and the subtropical swimming paradise there is a KidzClub where you can either do crafts with the children or have them looked after for €2 per hour. A small fee is charged for the craft materials.There is a gallery near the hotel with several restaurants, including an Italian, an American diner, and Grand Ma's, which offers waffles and ice cream.Overall, we had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

It was very nice there again. The staff friendly and attentive. The rooms spacious and quiet. The only thing that could be criticized is the carpet. There are a lot of stains on it.

Weissenhäuser Beach is of course a highlight for children. The hotel is good, the staff is extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. Price-performance is perfectly fine. We can absolutely recommend the hotel.

All in all, it was a very nice stay, 4 stars only because, despite being a 4 star hotel, it is a little old and therefore has small deficiencies.In other words, the toilet flushing without pressure, the cleanliness of the fittings in the bathroom, for example, and the fact that the chair on the balcony was partly without screws and that is a huge point of injury for older people or even children who don't expect that. But I reserve the right not to post any pictures because I don't think that's fair and this gives the company a chance to clean it up if this is even noticed here!?

The location of the hotel is great but the hotel itself is getting old. The prices for such a hotel are way too expensive. And in terms of food, a disaster. Booked spontaneously for 2 people 1 night + breakfast276€ well done done.In the evening we wanted to eat from 5 restaurants and only with online reservationsSince the hotel area isn't exactly small and we couldn't get anything back to the main entrance of the hotel. We asked the waiter if there was anything available for two people. We were happy. We were even allowed to choose our seats. We were sitting there and the waiter came and asked us for our room card, we showed him everything and the answer was oh no half board then you pay €35 per person. Well, we said to ourselves. Oh yes, drinks extra.It's true buffet but what I got there is a disgrace. What we paid for it. To top it off, you could have eaten alla carte, which wasn't offered to us. Whatever we told him when paying. Then they could have askedReally nowNo matterOffering something like that for a 4 star hotel is really a bit deceitful.

I was at the beach hotel for a sports week. Wouldn't book it again. The room was old, the carpet was creepy, the tiny, narrow balcony wasn't really usable and the view of a black roof wasn't nice. What really annoyed me was that we had booked half board. When we checked in we were told to go straight to the restaurant to book breakfast and dinner dates. When we were there (around 5 p.m.), the lady said she didn't have room for us in the restaurant that evening! I'm sorry, what? Half-board guests don't get a place to eat? After our displeasure, we were given permission to eat there at around 6 p.m. And for the legal week we had to decide exactly when we would have breakfast and when we would have dinner. Impossible. I want to be able to freely decide every day whether I have breakfast at 8 a.m. or 10 a.m., whether I have dinner at 6 p.m. or maybe not until 7 p.m. - after all, there was buffet food. Then you had to proactively report to reception when the room needed cleaning or you needed new towels. If you do this after 6 p.m., the room will not be cleaned the next day but the day after that. It doesn't work at all!!! If I had known this beforehand, we would not have booked this hotel. On the positive side, the food was good and the wellness area was very attractive. The location with proximity to the beach was nice. The sports week was great - but the hotel didn't meet our expectations and our room was 2-star.

The stars are for the wellness area because I haven't been to the hotel yet. A nice thing, especially in winter. Fitness studio (fitness and not a high-end pump studio!), small but nice and warm swimming pool (most guests mainly go to the fun pool) and beautiful sauna area with steam sauna (my highlight).It costs a bit but there are cheap subscriptions if you go more often.And the staff is always very nice here!

We had a premium room, which was really very clean and nice. Unfortunately, the room was on the side of the entrance and smoking area and so it was a little louder at all times.The staff is very friendly. A table reservation only worked to a limited extent (not at all for us).The location behind the dunes and close to the holiday park attractions is great for families!We'd love to come back!

A somewhat outdated holiday park.Cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. There were still sunglasses, bills and baby pacifiers in the room from the previous guests. Cobwebs hung from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the joints on the tiles in the shower were moldy. The corridors and hallways hadn't been vacuumed for weeks, there were bottle caps and scraps of paper lying around. The existing WLAN is hardly usable, connections constantly break down, or the router cannot be reached.The hotel's own bar is only recommended if you have a well-filled wallet.Sauna and breakfast are great.Visitors should be aware of the permanent presence of large and loud school classes, as well as the location next to a military training area.

If the weather hadn't been so great, it would have been a complete disaster. Started with incorrect directions from reception, that alone wouldn't have been wild, it can happen, BUT. Room cleaned? Lots of sunflower seed pods in the room and on the terrace, squeezed butts on the terrace, great for children, broken pieces in the apartment and on the terrace, mold in both bathrooms, dirty floors, mold on the windows, dirty (fresh) towels, all in all The holiday apartments should probably be demolished and rebuilt, a real impudence for the price. The swimming pool is at least great for kids, in some places it's definitely too cold, but well, you can get around it. You won't see us there again any time soon!
