The Lindbergh experience was amazing. The service at the hotel was top notch. From the check in staff to the greeter at the park. The rooms were adorable and beds comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel was spot on. Oh then there was the food. Our experience came with a 3 course dinner and exceptional breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. Absolutely delicious!

We've visited Phantasialand with two families in October 2024, for two days including the friendly staffed hotel. Lots of stuff on small ground means it is kind of a maze - the hotel as well.Included with our stay (explorer package, Charles Lindbergh hotel) was a fast pass per day for attraction F.L.Y., breakfast+dinner and a game of pool table or darts. The hotel rooms are compact: about three beds wide (the two beds are separated by a walkway), a TV and a shower + sink in a tiny room in the back behind a sliding door.Hotel guests can enter the park after closing time (for a walk, attractions are shut down). With all the lights, we expected to see a beautifully lit park and plan for our second day. However, we were locked into a tiny fraction of the park.Another thing that may be easy to improve is offering a glass of wine instead of a full bottle.

If visiting Phantasialand I would highly recommend this hotel. Situated directly inside Rookburgh, one of the lands in the park, this hotel is perfectly themed to the area that FLY is built within. The perfect steampunk paradise! The rooms are small but comfortable and are totally immersed in the world with every room having a view on the hotel balconies of FLY and the surrounding area.Please note: if you want to sleep during the day and you are a light sleeper the roller coaster does make noise that may keep you awake. Side note: I loved being able to hear it!Staff were incredibly although as a solo traveler I couldn’t help but feel a little… judged? Particularly in the dining area. Maybe they aren’t just used to seeing people travel solo to a theme park. I know this may be a little strange for some people.I loved the welcome pack that you receive on arrival filled with the Information you need for your stay. I got breakfast and dinner including as well as access to the park for 3 days (for a two night stay), direct access to Phantasialand and one fast pass per day for FLY (although I’m sure you could use them all in one day if you wanted)This is a great hotel and is a one of a kind experience!

I cannot recommend staying here enough. The price for everything we got was great. I wish I had our staff member’s name as they were extremely helpful and nice, as was the man working the hotel park entrance. I was surprised at how good breakfast and dinner was. Getting to walk around fly until midnight was amazing. Thank you HCL for a wonderful stay.
