Great site, despite the monsoon rains Germany is experiencing. We were given a friendly welcome. Staff are very friendlyThe toilet blocks are new and immaculate.Ate at the Italian next door, very nice. Very large portions. Cash only. Phoned and booked which was just as well as despite heavy rain the place was mobbed.

Very friendly family run site. Large pitch near the fresh water. Most campers only stay one night as so close to autobahn. We stayed three nights and would definitely return. Lovely brotchen in the mornings. Washing machine was very helpful. Just next door to lovely Italian restaurant

Arrived later in the evening during absolute pouring rain, with a tent. All smaller accommodations were taken, but the owners were so friendly to rent out a larger one at reduced rate. Super friendly service and great camping, with good clean facilities!

Very, very helpful staff. Has a restaurant and takeaway. There is a restaurant next door to the site. Would recommend this site to anyone. Very good site for a stop over on route as I did not have to take car and trailer off the motorhome as the pitch was big enough to leave it on.

Not a bad campsite, and it's directly off the highway so it serves as a great place to stay overnight for a quick stop from a longer trip. It's also a good price if you use the ACSI card or Camping Key Europe card...but if you don't reserve a pitch ahead of time you'll be put on a big grassy lot that might as well be a parking lot that they cram full with caravans. You'll have neighbors on either side of you and it wasn't very cozy, would have highly preferred our own pitch. Sanitary block was very clean and seemed pretty new, couldn't complain. There was a fridge in the reception with cold drinks and beer and there's a nice little Italian restaurant pretty much right next door. I'd go back, but next time I'd reserve a spot in advance.

We stayed only for one night there. We stayed at barrel cabins. My husband was very pleased as he wanted to stay in this cabins and we were lucky to get them. The place is nice, toilets and showers were clean. The cabins were clean, mattresses were comfortable and clean, the bedding was fresh and clean. The members of staff and other people staying there were nice too. Drinks and ice creams available to buy at reception. We were able to communicate in English as we do not speak German. We had positive experiences with this camping site. The bonus is the restaurant serving pizza and other Italian dishes just next door to the camping. Well done for keeping the place nice and friendly. 5 stars from us.
