Rooms were nice sized, shower was good with good pressure, and staff was super friendly. But the best part about this hotel is that it is literally steps from a private entrance to Phantasialand and they allow you to go in and out to your room, so if you need to take a break for an hour, it's so easy to come and go. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed for a night as a small wellness retreat with my husband and we were very happy. The hotel is super beautifully decorated with hundreds of small details. The staff is really friendly and the food is generally good. For our surprise it was super quiet and the pool wasn’t even crowded. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The room is small, and the shower is tiny but it works. It was a really nice experience. As a recommendation to the hotel I would definitely include hair conditioner in the shower as for this price is a minimum expectation. I also would have expected more still water and not a big sparkling water bottle in the room. The still water bottle was tiny.

Wonderful hotel in immediate proximity to the park. We went on 2 absolutely baking days and the pool was quite simply a lifesaver. Beautiful grounds. The room was gorgeous too. Big bed, free mini bar and bathroom was lovely too. Wondeful smell of ginseng throughout the hotel too.

The hotel is great, the bed is extremely comfortable and my room was really really quite ( I have a very light sleeping) but my 5th star goes to Kim at the reception, he was very kind and helped a lot the my stay would be the nicest, a big thank u Kim :)

This hotel is themed so well. It has very clean and tidy rooms, a small play area for children, restaurant onsite, great bar with cocktails that are to die for. Staff are a bit hit and miss on friendliness. Some are fine, others not interested at all. The swimming pool is chilly but nice. Sauna not working, steam room ok. There are no vending machines only crisps and a few chocolate bars sold behind the reception desk that you have to ask for. If you want food out of the Themepark then you have to book a table in their restaurant in advance . Otherwise there's no food to eat. We found out the hard way. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Overall it was a lovely stay but we wouldn't go back as there's lots more hotels nearby to try.

That was an incredible 2 days and one night in hotel Ling Bao and in Phantasialand. We were celebrating a Namestag of my fiance and we could choose a better place. Beautiful room, with a soft big bed, luxurious bathroom, warm pool and wellness area with saunas, and an amazing garden with a lot of seats. The receptionist was so helpful as well as housekeeping. The restaurant serves delicious, fresh food, and the bar on the 4th floor has tasty cocktails as well as you can enjoy a beautiful view of the park and on the city. We will definitely be back, as we couldn't find even one negative thing which we didn't like. Thank you so much for that amazing time and see you in a few months 😊

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side.Service was great, we had a complaint about nightly noise but this was solved quickly. Friendly staff fluent in English.Great buffet restaurant and bar has amazing cocktails.

I went to many hotels in the world, this is the most beautiful hotel I have been.. the designe is stunning 😍The location is amazing 👏 the staff is very friendly and helpful specially Riyad, he's always ready to help with a big smile.You can stay more than one week and you never be bored, because it located inside phantasialand.The buffet in lingbao hotel and the African hotel is amazing and tasty😍😍Thanks to everyone who's doing the impossible to please the guests.
