We were there over Christmas 2023 with 9 people and two small children. The living-dining area was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and there was a lovingly decorated large Christmas tree in the very large dining area. In general, the house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The children had fun in the playroom with a slide and various toys. The adults really enjoyed themselves in the bar and in the billiards room with additional table football. There is also a great cinema room where you can watch large format films via a projector. The kitchen is very spacious and more than very well equipped. There is plenty of cutlery, glasses and porcelain, so you don't have to worry about having to wash up immediately after eating together, which two dishwashers do. Then there is a very large, inviting whirlpool and a sauna in a separate building.All in all, we were more than thrilled and really enjoyed our time there.This house is highly recommended and we wish all future tenants of this house as much fun as we had.

We stayed in the holiday home with a group of friends on a weekend. Everything is very well equipped. The bedrooms are a practical size, tastefully furnished and almost every room has a small bathroom with a shower.The dining room, living room, kitchen and pub are well equipped and generously sized. Billiards and table football are available in the pub.Outside the main building there are additional buildings, a building with a sauna, whirlpool, washing machines and an additional room and the barbecue hut at the end of the site.Here you can spend a good time for yourself. Highly recommended for larger groups.

Perfect huge house...great furnishings!Because of our wedding, we spent a week there with 2 families and everyone was more than thrilled!The “housekeeper” Willi is a great guy and his welcome rounds off the great time 😊If possible we will definitely come back!Definitely highly recommended!!

Simply a very beautiful house. Our son loved the children's playroom. All rooms are tastefully furnished in vintage design, only practical wardrobes are missing in the rooms. The cinema and bar are also great. It is very suitable for a vacation etc. with several generations.

Beautiful holiday home. Especially if children of different ages or several family generations are vacationing here together, it is ideal with its many options. Also well equipped for small children. Our 1.5 year old son loved the playroom with a slide. The older ones played table football or chilled in the cinema. In addition, everything is really lovingly furnished and there is a sufficient amount of everything (e.g. dishes too)

We stayed at the Ostfriesland holiday villa with a group of people with disabilities and we had a great time! The house is tastefully decorated. The contact person on site is Willi and he always has an open ear for the guests. Willi is there when you need him - that was great. I can recommend the house without reservation.

A fantastic location for a family gathering. Beer tap, pool table, cinema room, sauna and jacuzzi, spacious lounge with room for all family members (17). Kitchen well equipped for preparing your own meals. Sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms. Supermarkets nearby in Leer. Characteristic landscape: no land consolidation was done. Reservation and settlement effective. Highly recommended!
