The Sunrise accommodations look nice, however they are very dirty. When we arrives it appeared as though only the bedding and towels were changed. The windows, counters and floors were dirty, dirty tables, outside furniture, there was mould in the washrooms, the facet in the washroom was broken, the walls were filthy with killed flies, ants were everywhere and the outside was littered with cigarette butts and garbage. When we spoke to the staff, they understood our concerns, however nothing was done except bringing an ant trap. Tropical Island itself is lots of fun, and I would go back but I would not stay in the accommodations.

Clean and well appointed accommodation. You can walk to the Tropical Islands Dome by cutting across the disused runway. Most times this was as quick as getting the bus.

Loved the experience, a lot of fun for everyone. A lot to do for children as well as for adults, several slides and playgrounds for children and a couple for adults. Spas and saunas for those who want to enjoy, and a variety of pools and sceneries to visit. Something I'd recommend above all to people with children and people who simply want to take a break and enjoy for a day.

Awesome experience for the whole family! Outside homes are great. Food prices in the complex are reasonable. Thai restaurant and food hall are good but the buffet was not great.Tips:There is a limit on the payment tokens we weren't explained that. You just need to pay some balance when you need to (which is a good safeguard). Also they quite easily slip in the pool if you don't refasten them in the pool (the fabric stretches) however the lifeguard promptly picked mine and there was no problem.

We are just arrival now... Is the most incorrect please. No one tell you or right you when you make reservations you can come from 6 am but anthil l 4pm you can no use your room. So you come with your logitech and you stay outside. That is from the first hour.
