Simple parking space directly on the Ahr.Without electricity.Since everything here is still under construction after the terrible flood, it's nice that there is a parking space again.

My partner and I are here for the second time to vacation in a motorhome. It is a very nice location with a beautiful view and you can quickly reach the market square and other towns on foot. You can also quickly get to the vineyards where you can walk the red wine hiking trail, which can only be recommended. The only thing to complain about is that the place is always very full and that you couldn't empty the motorhome toilet because everything was already blocked where you could empty it.

How nice, the new place is ready. V/E is usable, electricity apparently not yet. Cheap 8€ a night. The Bahnsteig1 restaurant on the square is open again. We are pleased that things are moving forward. Our thanks and appreciation to all the people of Mayschuss who make this possible for us. We wish you all the best for the future and, like before, we would be happy to come back. Greetings from the people of Southern Palatinate 🙋‍♀️

Great parking space. But what are the charging stations on the light poles for if there are no electric motorhomes there? Has anyone ever thought about that? We find that a bit ridiculous.

Very nice parking space in the still beautiful Ahr landscape. The Strllplatz has a brand new supply and disposal system as well as the possibility of emptying the chemical toilet. The only thing is that there is no power supply, and it doesn't look like there will ever be one since the Pkatz has been equipped with new lighting all around. If a power supply had been provided here, it would have been installed at the same time. But since many people are self-sufficient these days, the place is always full... e.g. now the weekend July 13th/14th, 2024. It wasn't until Sunday afternoon that it gradually became emptier.

Every year we come to the wine festival in October with our motorhome in Mayschuss. Great central parking space with supplies and disposal, and at an unbeatable price of 8 euros/24 hours.

One of our favorite pitches - I don't need to say much more, €8 for 24 hours VuE + chemical toilet disposal and fresh water, what more could you want. There are now charging stations for cars with lighting units - in order to use these with the motorhome you need a 'Schuko plug' and then the corresponding app. These pillars were probably a gift from the energy supplier - initially pointless on a RV parking space - but better than nothing and there is light too.Not to be neglected - beautiful hiking trails and the winery right next door!We are there several times a year!

Gravel parking lot, so easy to access even in the rain. I suspect that this is just a temporary place because of charging stations for electric cars. Actually, the space used to be further ahead in front of the tunnel, which will probably be a construction site for years to come.

Nice place in a lovely area of Germany. Most of the site was destroyed by the big flood in 2021, but fortunately the caravan site has been rebuilt.
