Very nice hotel located directly in the pedestrian zone. We were impressed by the spacious rooms, the rich breakfast and the very friendly staff. The hotel is very child-friendly, so we had a very nice time with our two small children.

Last night I was invited to dinner in the hotel restaurant. I had no expectations beforehand. Food and service were excellent. I didn't expect that at all. Menu was fine, but down-to-earth, local, fresh cuisine. And best of all, you weren't hungry anymore after the four-course meal. Wine accompaniment was at a high level. A wine accompaniment as an alternative with just Ahr wines would be a nice addition, especially for holidaymakers. Price was absolutely reasonable. The whole thing in the surroundings of the beautiful and romantic old town of Ahrweiler. A piece of short vacation for an evening. Recommendation: 110%.

We were in the restaurant with a large group and the food was excellent. The kitchen knows its stuff and brought fantastic dishes to the table that were both pleasing to the palate and eye-catching. Time management was also extremely good. With 9 people this is not a given. I just think that the ambience could be enhanced even better with some music. And if one or two of the service staff could perhaps also work on their communication, everything would be great! We would definitely come back because of the food and would definitely recommend it.

This was our second time in the Prümer Gang and, just like the first time, we were thrilled. The small hotel is simply but stylishly furnished. …

We had lunch there with 13 people on a Sunday. The ambience after reopening is cool, but not uncomfortable. The service was very friendly. The dishes we ordered were all perfectly prepared. It doesn't matter whether it's fish, meat, vegetarian, etc...also starters and desserts. A culinary highlight and the higher prices are absolutely justified. Price-performance is right. I can definitely recommend it.A note to the kitchen: there is a bit of a vegetarian dish on the menu - if necessary, a note on the menu that one or two dishes can be made vegetarian upon request would be sufficient....
