The location of the apartment is breathtaking. In some places it could use a new coat of paint, otherwise the apartment is nicely furnished and absolutely sufficient.For the price we paid, that's absolutely clear.

We had the basement apartment. The apartment itself is very cute, but the shower, stove and heating don't work at all! Shower is far too small, doesn't drain properly and the temperature cannot be regulated.The heating has no controls and therefore cannot be turned down, so it runs all the time!The 2 plate stove only works properly on the back plate.

This is the second time here in the ground floor apartment. Well equipped, very clean! You really feel comfortable here. The caretaker is also very nice and uncomplicated. Everything is explained at reception. However, it is worth mentioning that you should definitely shop in Osterode beforehand. In Lerbach itself there is only a small kiosk. Unfortunately, the rolls there are not recommended. In the apartment there is an oven for baking bread rolls and a toaster. Restaurants can only be found in Osterode. Lerbach is ideal for hiking. A sweet, dreamy place. We can only recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back!

A beautifully furnished apartment where dogs are allowed. Cleanliness is good, the apartment is in an old building, so you can certainly hear the other guests around the stairwell.
