Very pleasant atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Cozy restaurant opposite the church. The food was very tasty. I had cheese soup and a regulars sandwich with fries. Everything was a dream. If you don't have such a big stomach, you should leave out the fries with the sandwich. The rooms are pleasantly bright and friendly. TV and small club table available. There is enough room to move around the beds, everything is very clean. The shower is small but nice, small shower utensils are provided and the shower and hand towels are nice and soft. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to this beautiful environment.

The rooms are bright, friendly and very clean. The menu is interesting, small and fine and definitely promises fresh products. The innkeeper and his staff are very friendly and always try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The highlight is village life! They completely renovated the inn together and you can feel the strong community. As a northern light, I was warmly welcomed and had the feeling of fully belonging. Thank you for the beautiful days in Rettenberg 😊👍

We spontaneously looked for a hotel to stay overnight and are very happy to have found this inn. Very friendly and attentive staff. Cozy and casual atmosphere. Nice, clean rooms with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Excellent hospitality, very tasty and sumptuous food. Overall excellent value for money. The only point of criticism: No effective sun protection/darkening option in the room.

I tried the vegetarian sweet potato Schupfnudel with herb sauce. As expected, they were really tasty😋😋. The rest of the dishes would also be highly praised. Thanks 🙏🏽🙏🏽 also to the young man from the service who unfortunately reached his limits due to the stupid behavior 😡🤬 of an immature loud football team. Idiots like that don't make it any easier. Keep going despite the small breakdowns, we were very satisfied.
