One of the best hotel in this town. Stayed as a Royal Caribbean crew for one week. It was a nice stay . I never felt that I am away from my home. The hotel owner and his son was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice , clean and warm. Bathroom are bit small but it's not a big deal at all. The food they served was awesome. I will I will be back again and again. Thank you Hotel Hannen...Tschüss!!!!!

On a recent trip to Papenburg I stayed in this hotel for 1 month. Everything about the hotel is excellent statrting from food , quality and size of room , location. All my requirements in the room were taken care of. As I'm indian and i eat only vegetarian food, it is very difficult for me to find vegetarian food and they cooked vegetarian food for me like dal, chole rice, alloo paratha, naan roti, malai kofta. They treated me like their own son which was surprising for me, they are very loving and caring.Had a great stay. Love you always mummy and pappy and miss you😍😍❤❤✌✌

It's a shame that this hotel will be closing at the end of the year.Everything was perfect here, the breakfast platter was amazing, the warmth and insider tips from the host were just great.The rooms were lovingly decorated, very clean, we felt very comfortable, we had the North Sea room.Here you can tell that you put your heart into your work.Thank you very much for the great time with you.LG Markus and Christiane

Super friendly staff - the man of the house is in a good mood to talk and gives you lots of tips, talks about the region or simply about life and its peculiarities.I felt comfortable, had a great breakfast and was accommodated in a quiet and clean room. The bathroom was recently renovated, the room was a little older, but completely clean.

I have rarely seen a hotelier as willing to provide information as he is here in this hotel. He gave us so many tips for exploring and seeing that we could have easily stayed here for 2 weeks longer. Class. The breakfast was also more than plentiful and all requests were catered for. The room (here number 14) was very nice, the beds weren't too soft, only the bathroom was very small. But that was all more than made up for with the friendliness and everything else. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't know exactly what to do in the area :-)
