(Have fun") For people from Düsseldorf, Haus Colonia is a challenge (see pictures). (Have fun")But apart from that, the house is a stunner. Fully equipped, very clean and a beautiful garden. It is close to a swimming lake and can only be recommended. The small minus are the beds. You sit on a very hard edge and my wife, as well as I, always slipped into the middle of the bed while lying down. The mattresses are too soft for our personal taste.Conclusion: Gladly again, recommendation!

Beautiful and well-equipped holiday home in the cozy and quiet Seepark Eiken in Emsland, right on the Dutch border.The only negative thing was that the apartment wasn't cleaned well upon arrival. At a price of 75 euros for the final cleaning, you should be able to expect to find a clean apartment.There are many beautiful excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the Meyerwerft, Slagharen, Bourtagne Fortress, etc.You can also use the small lake in the Seepark, right next to the houses, free of charge and have a nice time here. Most of the time there are almost no visitors to this lake.The restaurant in the Seepark is also recommended.All in all, we can only recommend this holiday home.

Anyone looking for peace and quiet family relaxation has come to the right place. The area is very well maintained and clean. The house is also very comfortably furnished. Be careful - there are no shops or restaurants nearby, and mobile data does not activate outside. But in the Colonia holiday home there was fast internet! We were surprised by the kitchen equipment. There really is everything your heart desires. You can bake or grill cakes, carve pumpkins or fish in the pond. If you're lucky, you can visit a sauna at the inn nearby. You can drive to Lathen or Dörpen if you feel like shopping.

Nothing was missing in the extremely well-equipped house. It was very comfortable, tidy and clean. We felt very comfortable.
