Wonderful location with a view over the water. Waiting took a while, but the food was quite good.

A beautiful, idyllic guesthouse. There are clearly 5 stars for the location. In contrast to the younger outside staff, the boss also deserves it. However, the fact that the overnight stay price is calculated per person per room does not quite fit with the overall package, nor does the cleanliness. All in all we had a pleasant stay and can highly recommend room 10.

We were here for dinner. We ate beef roulades and smoked pork and were very disappointed. The beef roulades were overcooked and the potatoes in both dishes were only warmed up. The red cabbage was very little. Only the Kassler was good. The service was friendly and accommodating.

Pictures say more than words. Room extremely dirty. For example, hair in bed as well as animal hair. The bathroom and toilet in particular were actually very disgusting. Cobwebs, dust and even leftover stool on the toilet seat from previous guests. We can only advise against staying overnight here. We were given a new room because we complained about the original room, but it was just as dirty and completely shabby. We can't say anything about the restaurant because we didn't use it, which is certainly understandable if you've seen the catastrophic condition of the rooms before.

We went there to eat and the location is of course fantastic. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Schnitzel and roulade, quite dry, fries soggy. The service was ok, a young man at the counter was super friendly, the rest was rather quiet... So for 19.90 schnitzel I expect more than snack quality... It's a shame

Were in Malchow to take a look at the place and wanted to eat a little something in the restaurant. We ultimately decided on the seasoned meat and it was less than a little something, it was two to a maximum of 3 tablespoons of seasoned meat. You paid a whopping €8.50 per portion. Far too expensive for that bit and upon closer inspection of the establishment there was a lot that could be cleaned again, dead flies and cobwebs on the windows. So it's better to eat somewhere else, not necessarily recommended.

Actually they get zero stars. We waited 2 hours for our food and during this time 7 tables were served before us, all of which arrived significantly later than we did.And after 2 hours the wrong food arrived.Absolutely not recommended.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good, a bit plastic waste heavy...We refused to move into the room that was first offered: it was very musty and smelled extremely of mold (we had the impression that this had already been painted over). We found the carpet in the room offered to be disgusting and dirty. The wooden ceiling underneath seemed to be holding up only through the carpet and gave way with every other step.Unfortunately there is no possibility for negative reviews for the room...The furniture probably dates back - it seemed - to ancient times or something I remember from my student days (initial setup from collecting bulky waste).Only the price reduction was a bit mild. But luckily there are alternatives, even if you have to look outside of booking and the tourist information over the phone wasn't much help either...

We had dinner with you yesterday afternoon with 4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog (foresight in the dog cart). We had the dishes liver, stuffed rib, grützwurst and wiener schnitzel. It was outstanding. The young man in service served us in a friendly manner, like he said...The furnishings are typical, cozy and sociable.About the dishes:Liver: A1! Not too floury, not too firm. Onions golden and the fried potatoes just right. Important to mention: Fried potatoes here are prepared without bacon and with onions (vegan). The side salad is so delicious. The white cabbage is fantastic dressed with fresh lemon juice and no vinegar.Stuffed rib: great! The potatoes are great, and the red cabbage is just right.Gritzwurst with sauerkraut and potatoes:Deluxe. It's not a problem for us (or flat). The Wiener Schnitzel was also perfectly prepared for our taste. Not too dark, still crispy. There were also fries, peas & roots, and a side salad.Overall a great meal with pleasant service 👍
