We were very lucky to be able to use a short-term cancellation and move into the Watzmann holiday apartment in the Rosin guesthouse in Prien. What a direct hit! When we arrived (unfortunately very late) at 10 p.m., we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Rosin. Despite the late hour, he took the time to show us everything in and around the apartment, including the underground car park. His friendliness and willingness to help are truly remarkable and absolutely authentic.The apartment itself is a dream. You couldn't live more centrally in Prien, everything is clean, well-kept and lovingly furnished. We were particularly impressed by the small, beautiful garden where we could enjoy the peace and quiet. The employees are also consistently friendly and attentive.The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, everything is just right here. The only thing we would like to swap on a future visit is the room facing the main street without a balcony for one on the quieter side - but that's really complaining at a high level.We can highly recommend the Rosin guesthouse and are already looking forward to our next vacation!

A big compliment to Mr. Rosin.This is the fourth time we have been here with him and you immediately feel at home.The service is great. There are fresh rolls in the morning, there is a drinks service at moderate prices, and we were impressed by the beautifully landscaped garden on our first visit.The proximity to Lake Chiemsee is another plus point and the price/performance ratio is very good. Despite the location right on the main road, it is quiet as soon as you close the windows. This time we had the Watzmann ground floor apartment, which has windows directly on the street, it wasn't a problem.Now the vacation is over and unfortunately we have to say goodbye. But we will definitely come back.

Nice room and good prices. Mr. Rosin is also very nice and because we came for Christmas, Mr. Rosin also put a Christmas tree in the room and four more presents. Because we stayed over New Year's Eve he also gave us a bottle of Champagne

Central location. The apartment is well equipped, was very clean and super close to Lake Chiemsee. The facilities in the holiday apartment were completely sufficient and Mr. Rosin is a nice host. I can only recommend this holiday apartment. Always my pleasure.

I can "only" write about the attic apartment because I haven't seen the other apartments/rooms.Actually, I shouldn't give a 5-star rating. The risk that the apartment will be booked even more than it already is is critical.But it was just too beautiful, the “nest” at the top. Spacious in the room layout, extremely well maintained and everything you need to feel at home (and in many places a little more).The price even included an underground parking space.Price/performance ratio top!Location is great, even if Seestrasse is very busy during the day, it is quiet at night.Robert Rosin is an attentive, prudent and always approachable host, which is pleasant and never intrusive.Important: climbing up to the attic is difficult and is not recommended for people with disabilities.Thank you for the happiness that we were able to spend our vacation here.

The Rosin guest house has very clean, well-equipped and tastefully furnished holiday apartments to make you feel comfortable. We, 2 adults from Wiesbaden, have been guests twice and found the proximity to the lake and the Schön Clinic very pleasant.Due to the central location, the forest or the city center of Prien can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.Mr. Rosin is a very friendly host who cares about the guest's well-being.We are already looking forward to seeing you again at the Rosin Guesthouse.

Very good location and Mr. Rosin is a nice host. For us, the facilities in the small apartment were completely sufficient. The only drawback: the bedroom cannot be completely darkened and the traffic on Seestrasse should not be underestimated. But we would definitely come back.

We had 10 great days in this great holiday home. Mr. Rosin did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The “Hochgern” apartment is really great and really deserves 4 stars. Really recommended.

Mr. Rosin was an extremely helpful landlord from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Our holiday apartment was great, bread rolls and drinks service, we were able to store our e-bikes very well. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee was ideal.

The apartment is well equipped, was very clean and super close to Lake Chiemsee. Mr. Rosin is very nice and always had good tips. The traffic on Seestrasse didn't bother us, but a dark blind would have been nice.
